Sharron goes above and beyond to make sure that all my needs are addressed and Dominic makes sure that my car is in perfect condition after the repairs are made. Just recently, I needed an urgent appointment as something was not right in my car and they pulled me in even though they were heavily booked. Thank you for all the assistance and hard work.

“AAA gave me a 2 hr wait time,,, I called around for local to my breakdown.... George's Custom was local, gave me personal attention and understood my panic. They were extremely considerate and patient with my needs (they treated me as a friend not a stranger) and got to me within 1/2 hr. “I recently had the unfortunate experience of needing my car repaired after a collision with a deer. The team at Harford Custom Coach, Ashley, Dave, and John, made what could have been a stressful and unpleasant situation much more manageable.
From the moment I brought my car in, they took charge of the situation, keeping me informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent, with regular updates on the progress of the repairs and clear explanations of the work being done. They made sure to address all of my concerns and patiently answered all of my questions. Even after the repairs were completed, I had a few minor requests, which they promptly addressed.
Overall, my experience with Harford Custom Coach was exceptional. They made a difficult situation much easier to navigate with their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service.
