Bought an infuze bottle which came broken did not have any suction and was getting all air. however was reached out to get a full refund so this is a edit to my initial review as the product on their website was non refundable however they were kind enough to offer a refund after a return of the product.

This is gear is a BEAST!! A must have if you are a rider. Rode a three day weekend in 30 degree temp with no issue. The suit held up in the rain for 8 hours!!!

Went there totally expecting to buy new gloves but they check my jacket and gloves and determined a plug was bad. He fixed in an hour. Great place will go back again
