Outstanding customer service!!!! Septic was backing up due to heavy rains this Spring. Called Jake around 2pm on 4/2 and was at my house at 8:30am on Wednesday 4/3. Pumped out the tank quickly and solved my problem. Friendly, professional and a fair price. I highly recommend Tidewater Septic.
