I’m one of the people who get very nervous driving over the bridge. It’s developed later in life. I wasn’t afraid before. So I’m glad they have this service. I have been using their service for several months now and the people I met so far are nice people.

My savior! Too scared to drive over the Bay Bridge, I have been using this service for years to visit my parents in Bethany, coming from DC. As silly as it seems it’s a real fear and Kent Island Express never makes me feel silly and are always professional! You may have to wait a couple minutes at the meet up place depending on how busy they are. Thank goodness for them for people who have bay bridge phobia like me!

I’ve been using the Kent Island Express for the last two years every since I developed vertigo after I turned 50. Every single driver I’ve had has been super friendly and good, responsible, drivers. Can’t remember their names, but I know their faces. Just want to say thank you for providing this great service. I’ve driven across this bridge over a hundred times in my prime, but just can’t do it anymore. It’s embarrassing, but every driver that I’ve been with has been so respectful and non-judgmental of that. Just wanted to give a big shoutout to that! ?

Had an excellent experience . The manager is spectacular. He communicates clearly and is there to help. Brings peace of mind , is patient and reliable . It's a service I would recommend for anyone that suffers from anxiety or just a simple fear of heights or large bodied of water.If you are thinking about using the service .. don't hesitate and just try it . Peace of mind is priceless.

I have used Kent Island Express many times over the last few years. Every driver has been great. I tend to talk more when I am nervous, and the drivers and I have conversed throughout the rides. Before I know it, we are usually over the bridge!

The last time I drove over the Bay Bridge I had a full blown panic attack, which included heart palpitations and tears. I swore I would never drive westbound on it again. Today I used this service and Debbie took us over in a very calm manner, reassuring us all the way. The $40 fee was worth every penny! Steve was very helpful on the phone and gave us perfect instructions about where to meet and when. Both he and Debbie were wearing their Kent Island Express shirts, so we knew we had the right driver. I highly recommend their service! I will definitely use them again!

Used this service for many years. Im glad it exists but wait times have gotten so long.Its faster to drive up into delaware and back down route 1 and save yourself the money($40-80 drive over fee) Quicker and cheaper than using this serviceI hope they get more staff but waiting 45 minutes AND paying $40 is not worth it!
