If you're looking for a Car Repair Shop, I strongly recommend Bayside Auto in Stevensville. Of all the years I have utilized auto mechanics, Bayside Auto is the best. I went in today because of a "Low Power Mode" issue. The Tech took it out for a drive, ran diagnostics, cleared the issue, and then took it out again. He came in, explained what he did in detail, and told me if the problem occurs again, to call and get it on schedule. Every time I have used Bayside Auto, there has never been an issue. The owner is always there and his techs are top-tier.

Being a motorcycle mechanic, I'm very particular about who works on any of my vehicles. In most cases I will do the work my self. But I know my limitations, I can break a Street Glide down to the frame and put it together with no problem. But I do not possess the tools or knowledge to be able to do the same on all of my cars. When my 2014 Ford Escape developed a funny wobble and started making noise a friend recommended that I take my car to Matt at Bayside. I brought my car in, he diagnosed and repaired my vehicle in 2 days. He was more than fair with the pricing and the entire staff was courteous. My car was returned running as smooth as ever, and they even replaced a few of the valve stem caps that were missing. I highly recommend these guys, if you need something done right, for the right price call Bayside!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

This business charged approximately $4,000 to repair the vehicle. THEY crashed one of their vehicles into the car then fixed it, but when it was sent to the body shop it was totaled. Bayside then refused to reimburse the money they charged to fix a vehicle that they had damaged causing it to be totaled.

Was in the middle of my roadtrip without knowing my alternator was shot and ended up stranded at a Valero about 5 minutes from the shop. Someone fueling up recommended this place and I'm so glad they did because I would've ended up getting a tow to the nearest dealership if they hadn't. The receptionist provided multiple numbers for a tow and made sure my car got looked at as soon as possible the next morning. The mechanics were incredibly helpful and the waiting area is very clean. I have nothing but nice things to say about this place

Employees were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable about what they were doing, and finished all the work they've done on my car in a timely fashion. I had no problems with any of the work after it was done and was extremely happy with their job. I made an appt for a MD inspection. And to get a quote on something else. I DID NOT GET A QUOTE, I didn't even get a convo about what the issue was-anywhere else someone has atleast come out and talked about the issue- not here- here is your bill bye- they just focused on my inspection- and I knew my car would fail- but the stuff Andrew little added on was not true- he failed my emergency break- lights- wrote down things my car does not even have on it- I'm glad it happened as I obviously don't want them working on my car now for the other thing I was hoping to get a quote on!! If the techs don't know what things are called and write down false fails - I'm not sure this shop would be honest about the quote anyway- please be careful going there- it was a waste of my day and money.
