“This is one of my favorite little niche malls it is very very clean neat and has a bunch of little wonderful boutique style stores also has great restaurants attached to it I've been coming to this mall since I was a little guy over the years it has evolved into a really wonderful place convenient quick indefinitely a must visit during Christmas time to see the Train Garden it is absolutely something I will do forever and I will take my kids there to see it as well”
“It's a hike to get there but at the right times of the day traffic is almost non-existent and when you get to the store it's worth it. I go to the pharmacy mostly and they are super quick. The people are kind and the food looks fresh to me. I appreciate all who have helped me here.”
“This shopping center is beautiful and it's a big difference from the old Northwood Shopping Center. However, there's more food places than anything although there's a good selection.”
“Great place to just go for a walk or find a spot near the lake to sit and enjoy the view. There's a good variety of shops.. wine/liquor store, Subway, Starbucks, Fresh Market (expensive for everyday items but good for speciality purchases), drycleaning, etc. albeit most are on the pricer side.
Depending on the time of day, parking can be a little painful, as when it gets crowded, people seem to forget the rules of the road.”
“Visited from out of state and just had to try their crab cakes. In my opinion the crab cakes were the best I had during the time I was in the Baltimore area, even though I did compared with several other restaurants. Can't wait until my next return visit. Recommend!”

“I visited it in spring and it is a place with many colors and clean, it has one of the largest ships that survived the war. It's impressive to see how he survived. And you can see smaller ships”

“Went back recently and always pleased that the register is always stocked with staff.Tried something new they sell and it will be on my shopping list when I'm there everytime.These 2 are must have. The Dumplings can be added to your soup or broths. The other one taste like the Chicken Blast from the Cheese Cake Factory.”
“Hooks Village is a little strip mall where the Essen Room is located, there are also various other shops and eateries. The parking lot is a one direction in and out and gets very crowded.”
“Red Lobster Owings Mills The service exceeded my expectations at this location. In am usually not pleased at Owings Mills but management must have changed.The waiter was exceptionally polite. The portion of food was unbelievable I took home a TI go bag that I don't think I can eat in one day. The whole thing was amazing for this location”
“Bus 34 goes out there 3x in the morning and twice in the evening. A great place to find one of a kind gifts. Several fancy restaurants. Ladies, real ladies will LOVE the boutiques.”

“There are a few stores I visit while I'm there. Before westview mall became a strip mall I liked the mall. The only thing I don't like is if it's raining or snowing etc. you have to go out in the weather to get to another store.”
“The "Center" itself isn't the draw for me, it's the Safeway & the CVS. I will say the place is well laid out with the center road and well cared for parking lot. The lot for Safeway is straightforward, not the usual nightmare grocery store lots so often are. CVS is a bit problematic but it's not their fault. They have limited space & are one of the top tier stores of that chain, there by drawing a lot of visitors at peak times.”
“This is a very nice shopping area near the historical Fort McHenry. There's McDonald's, Ledo's Pizza, a diner & other eateries along with other stores, the latest is Five & Below.”
“This place is very fast service speed of service prices of up in Tampa other than that I can tell you one thing you didn't find nobody hanging on the outside of the establishments because they don't play that they want to keep their business going and keep the customers coming in for a fast environment”

“I absolutely love going here because when it's nice out you can get a very delicious snow ball and my favorite reason is because the new store Lo Lo's they have so much variety in this one store I have never went into a store that offers so many different countries food. Its the most amazing store I have ever shop at. I go there about once a week just to grab things. I would definitely suggest this store to any Asian or Mexican because they carry a lot of their kind of food. Middle Eastern is why I shop here.”
“Pharmacy experience was horrible. They do not answer the phone. They do not call to say medication is ready for pickup. Nothing. Had to call courtesy desk to get medication which was old. Had to wait 20 minutes to get new prescription. Service is horrible. Need e.ployees.”
“Kirkland's and Home Goods are my go to here. The parking lot is a night mare. Especially Panera side. But with a Walmart and Target in one place it's expected to be busy. I'm going to try the food store next time. Sprouts”

“Went here for the Pizza Hut, which used to be dine in and carryout. They now have very limited dine in hours. Call before going there if you're interested planning on dining in the restaurant.”
“I see Dr. John Mohler DDS MAGD at the practice and he lives up to his name. He takes the stress out of dental procedures; he's gentle somehow. Staff are wonderful from check in to the dental assistants/hygienists; they're efficient and follow through with tasks. The assistants pay close attention to you and check on you during the procedure while still assisting the provider- they're fantastic.”
“Beautiful building full of offices and services. I was impressed with the directional map on the touchscreen on the first floor. It'd very quiet and classic decor. I just couldn't stop taking pics of those twin building. I was also very satisfied with the service I received in the office I went to. I also saw a sign for a free community program taking place there over thr weekend with a free ice cream for all. They also have a daycare center right in the building, a very good idea for the convenience of working moms in that area.”
