“Wanted to put money into a Black-owned bank and love supporting a Baltimore business. So I opened a savings account. Then I moved across country and decided to leave my money here to support locals. Now I'm being charged a fee every month for a dormant account because I'm not actively putting money in or taking out of my savings account. Since I don't live here, I need to close it. Service was great, but I don't want to lose money to support this bank. Make sure you understand the fees before you open your account. Otherwise, great place to bank.”

“I had a notary appointment and Vanessa was great to work with. I didn't see any customers waiting in their lobby while I was there. I went back nearly right away with Vanessa. Then when I asked for additional assistance with replacement credit cards Vanessa was great and got them overnighted for me. Additionally, they set me up with Jahaira who was also super nice and kind to discuss further financial questions I had. I like this Bank of America.”

“This branch is rarely busy, which means excellent parking and very little waiting time, if any. On top of that, the staff are very friendly and more than happy to help out in whatever way possible. As a college student I needed a way to help build credit, but couldn't apply for a standard card. I got set up with a card specifically catered toward students wanting to build credit, and now have a great credit score. The two employees who are usually there to assist me are Cory and Josh. They're both knowledgeable and very professional. Given their relatively young age, they both were able to relate to my current financial position and offered me great advice. I've since moved to a state outside of PNC's operating territory, so I've had to switch banks - but I continue to build credit through PNC's student credit program with Visa. I couldn't be happier.”
