“Walked in the door with an oversized package and pre-printed label. Was planning on purchasing packing tape to seal the box but one of the team members greeted me at the door, took the box, said they'd take care of sealing it and applying the label, then showed me how to print my receipt. I was in and out in 2 minutes tops and he was so kind! Customer service doesn't exist anymore, it was so nice to have such a pleasant experience.”

“Here's the deal with this store. If you need to print something go to the library as it is cheap . But if you need other services or to fax then I do recommend this place in spite of faxing being extremely high. But they did offer the option of sending the fax via email which was very reasonable. The thing that is so great about this place is the customer service and the employees willingness to help and direct you. Very friendly atmosphere, customer service oriented”

We had a last minute printing project for a party that they quickly accommodated and had ready for us within a couple hours of ordering online. Upon arrival staff were friendly and helpful and I was in and out quickly. The poster and postcards were perfect and added a professional element to our event. Great customer service all around.”
