“My mom found an add for Ricardo’s Jewelry in the newspaper and decided to check him out since I had an absolutely horrific experience with Smyth’s (for the second time no less, with my engagement ring AND my wedding band). Everything went so smoothly with Ricardo. My wedding band was done in half the time Smyth’s would have had it done. He did it himself instead of sending out my engagement ring and waiting 2 months for it to be done. I saw a curved band I liked in his shop, but wanted to make a few tweaks to that so we discussed all of the options and it turned out beautifully. Shopping small pays off ya’ll. He’s so nice too and runs the place with his daughter. Every interaction was pleasant! Highly recommend!!!”

The bag is a medium size, with the pattern printed on a stiff cotton and I was concerned that if it was folded to fit into an envelope it would get damaged in shipping. I sent an email to the store and asked them to ship it in a flat box. The next morning I called to follow up, they just opened. Not only that every person I spoke with was very nice and professional, but the gentleman in their shipping department said they got my email and already took care of it as I asked. “I had my ear pierced in two places, and new jewelry today at the Towson Town Center location of Piecing Pagoda for my birthday. Niy and Dan were helpful throughout the whole process. They helped me price and pick jewelry. Dan was my piercer, she was diligent and detailed. We picked the perfect spot for each piece, she was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She fit the jewelry to my budget and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.The service is great and the associates know what they are doing, whether you are just buying jewelry (they also have body jewelry) or getting your ears pierced. It was quick, entirely painless, and very professional. I will be returning for future plans for my ears, and would highly recommend this location. “I had a wedding band that was many sizes too big from a family member. As it was under warranty, I initially brought it to Jared. They told me there was nothing they could do and it could not be made smaller than one size. When I brought it here, I was initially told the same thing. However, they went out of their way to find a solution and make a completely new ring that looks identical. Because of the passion they have for their craft, I was able to get exactly what I wanted when I thought it was not possible.”

The gentleman who appraised it then advised me to lock it up and hold onto it . I went there to see if it was real gold. It was .999 pure gold. “I visited Poplar to look for a new white gold necklace with an elegant pendant . Hablo assisted and to my surprise the chain and pendant I chose was less than I set aside to spend . So I decided to see if there any bracelets I’d like to wear as well. I found a few I liked, but they out over my budget . Hablo worked with me and got me a price that in my budget range. So needless to say I was able to come home with a set and not just a beautiful white gold necklace and pendant !Thank you for working with me to get that little extra I wasn’t planning on today !
