“Briarcliff Apartments East is a great apartment complex. It is very well managed, meaning the mgmt office is responsive, the maintenance is top-notch, and the grounds are well-kept. I also really like that it has concrete block construction, so it is much quieter than most apartments and is also fire-resistant. Oh, and my apartment itself is very clean and comfortable.”

“Theres everything you need all in one area. Sit down restaurants, quick food pick up. Boba Teas, pharmacy, salon. The public library and public transportation is here. Housing and a nice new hotel with a venue. Parking garages with security guards and cameras. Right up the hill is the movie theater and just a few steps away is a Costco, Giant grocery store. More places to eat, Sephora a gas station. Nice area with grass and trees around. Looks like living in the country with the convenience of city living. I highly recommend this area!”

“I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt I had to write this one. I just moved into my apartment today and the staff has been absolutely incredible! Special shout out to Lauren, Destiny, and Ashley (apologies if the spelling is off) who have helped me the most. Though I felt like I called so much and asked so many questions I spoke with everybody. Regardless, they have been fantastic.They answered all of my questions, and even helped me move around my move-in date a couple times, as well as switch to a slightly larger apartment a day or two before my lease started. They took the time to measure my truck to make sure it would fit in their garage, so that I could calculate the extra expense if I had to use the one across the street from the apartments. They even offered to subsidize a portion if I had to use the other garage as it wasn’t fair my only vehicle wouldn’t fit.It ultimately fit but that definitely stuck out to me and meant a lot. I had a lot of things up in the air due to my out-of-state move, and they were so kind to work with me. From what I have seen so far, the entire building has been clean and secure.Let’s not kid ourselves, these apartments are starting to get into the pricier side, but I definitely think there is value here. I could’ve gotten more space and a cheaper apartment somewhere else, but with the upscale feel and style, the in unit Appliances like a dishwasher and a washer and dryer, the cleanliness of the common areas, being dog friendly, the list goes on and on, I do think this is a great value for your money.The location next to the Whole Foods and the university is definitely a plus and you do feel like you’re living in the heart of Towson and yet you don’t need to sacrifice parking! ? I will, of course, update the review at the end of my stay, but these have been my initial impressions, and I am feeling very excited for this move!Thank you to the whole Palisades team! From the staff up front, to the maintenance staff that prepped the unit, you all have made this stressful move into something I am very excited for! ??”

“First apartment I love it so far. Me and my boyfriend have been here about 2 months. No mice or bugs which is amazing especially knowing the Cockeysville are since it’s a lot of woods I was expecting some but nope nice clean home. Very quiet neighborhood. New grocery store literally across the street which is a plus. Only complaint would maybe be with maintenance being slow but it is a large community. Ivan helped us amazingly tho!!”

“I had woken up Sunday morning and noticed there was a puddle of water on my kitchen counter and what looked like bubbling paint on the wall above it. I immediately called the customer support desk to notify them of the leak. Being Sunday this was considered an emergency and someone from maintenance showed up within 30 minutes. After investigating, there was a like in one of the stack pipes that connects the bathroom drains in the apartment above me. The maintenance folks worked to seal the crack for the time being until it can be replaced. Thanks so much for the responsiveness and finding the issue so quickly!”
