UPS HAS become the worse delivery service I have encountered. I had 3 packages come for me this week and only 1 was actually delivered in Luxer one locker. The driver for the other 2 put a sorry I missed you sticker on the outside of the package center, not my door. I called UPS and notified I work from home in my living room by my door and ABSOLUTELY NO DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED. A UPS rep called me back from Towson MD. And said if I wanted my package I had to meet the driver at a location to get it WTH! Are you serious UPS!!!

What business closes in the middle of the day for 4 hours? They close from 12 to 4? Can’t have one single employee log packages in? No wonder why they have an awful rating.

I called because delivery time span they gave me was wrong and I therefore missed the delivery. I called to arrange for a pickup day since I wasn't going to be home the redelivery date. The next day I received a redelivery date!!! I called Monday (closed Sunday) they said there was nothing they can to and after the second attempt if I can't sign for it back it goes to the shipped. The shipper said their policy is I have to get a refund and purchase the item again! UPS you suck!

I visited in November 2019 and I've had absolutely the worst customer service experience ever, at any business, at this location. I was coming to pick up a package, provided everything they asked for and they still REFUSED to give me the package after arguing with them for over an hour and a half. When I asked to see the manager, the associate there LIED TO MY FACE telling me that there is no manager on staff. I had to get UPS corporate customer support on my phone, handing my phone over to the associate to talk to the corporate representative, having them back me up, in order to get to speak to the manager. The staff here have absolutely no respect for customers and deserve to be put out of business for their dismal customer service. Avoid this place like the plague and tell others to do the same.

brandy at hunt valley UPS went above and beyond for me today. i lost my receipt for an expense on a corporate card. i had the date and amount. 1/31 . Brandy scrolled through all of the receipts for the past three weeks and found my receipt. i was able to turn it into my company. true service. Blessings upon you Brandy. and your family

Terrible^ was written before actually speaking with a human. I still don’t like UPS and low key hate when I order something and it’s sent through UPS but the people at the customer center in Sparks are cool and very nice. Don’t call UPS just go to the customer center

Delivery driver from the Sparks MD Distribution center lied about an attempted delivery. Calling UPS customer service has yielded zero results. Cannot even submit an online claim because the "package is out for delivery". They claim the business / location was closed, but that's not true. UPS is a bully, and makes it hard to reach. someone to complain.

Had a driver come out 3 days in a row and have out right lied about knocking on the door or even ringing the bell I even signed up for the text after they claim no one was home the first time I’m extremely upset and annoyed that they didn’t even at least leave it at a near by center let alone I can even speak to a real person concerning my issue ups have gone down hill beyond pissed
