Unreasonably slow responses from unfriendly Property Manager at every exchange. The 3rd party online rent payment portal charges a fee every time you make a payment - absolutely ridiculous. Avoid, if possible.

Beata at Wilkinson has always been on top of her game and responded to issues and requests very much in a timely fashion. She even agreed to attend to overgrown trees which were really coming from just over our neighbor's property line when the neighbors company refuse to take care of them. Happy to completely recommend them!

Wilkinson PM provided management services for my Northern Virginia rental property for about five years. Over the years I was kept apprised of any issues or repairs, and discussed market rates for rent whenever the lease was up for renewal. My favorite service that Wilkinson PM provided was the annual income and expense statement. This broke expenses into different categories which made it much easier for me to do my taxes. I would recommend Wilkinson PM if you have a rental property, especially if you are an out of state landlord.

I have been working with Wilkinson Property Management for nearly 15 years, and they have always provided excellent service. I recently sold one rental property and purchased another, and they were the first ones I thought of for managing my new property. I mostly work with Beate, and she is super responsive, respectful, and thorough. She goes the extra mile to make sure my property is renter-friendly, which makes my life so much easier!

They are the best! Full service. I live in a different state and they have managed my condo for 5 years. My prior property manager was a mess and since I’ve had Wilkinson I’ve not had any issues.
