You know up until now I would have given this location 5 stars. But not today. I vacated the storage unit that I considered both a necessity and a luxury. I along with many have been impacted by the COVID pandemic and this is a luxury I have to forgo. I had to give up my unit. I vacated leaving a couple of boxes and a container behind because it just would not fit in my vehicle.I spoke with Isaiah to apologize that I wasn't being disrespectful in leaving the boxes there that I intend to return to clean it. Well he informed me that the unit would be prorated because of the boxes being there; unless I got there today to clean it out prior to their closing as a courtesy he would wave the fee Okay probably not going to happenI am going to do my best to get there but if I am not allowed to enter after 5 PM today I want this post documented so that in the event that I cant enter after 5, and Solomons Self Storage pursues a small claim against me, for what ever amount of money they try to collect. This will be my documentation to show the court how unreasonable this business is being during this national pandemic that has impacted millions of people financially.

Had a smaller unit that apparently was leaking. I had a shoulder problem and could not lift so, managment said they would take care of it and said they would move my items to a larger dryer unit. They checked all of my things for water damage and stored my items carefully. I am very grateful for the excellent customer service they provided. Kudos to the employees for compassionate action and great customer service.

Good experience. Friendly staff and very personable. Renting 2 units no issues yet.
