And around Christmas one of the workers even opened the door for me early on Christmas eve to let me in to get a package for my son. Last week I had to pick up a package with my loudly crying autistic 4 year old by my side and they wernt even phased. They quickly got my package and even gave my son a coloring book. They are very very kind there.”
“Most helpful employees I have ever dealt with at a post office! They all have a positive attitudes, help me by ordering extra supplies for me when I need them and have even called me to make sure I was aware of the increases in postage one time. I hate when I need to go to any other post office because the service isn’t nearly as good as the Lusby location!”

I ended up calling the 800 number and he couldn't help me so he gave me the number to the local office. I called there and they answered almost instantly. I don't remember her name but she was amazing. I told her what happened and she went to the back to check and it was there. She told me I caught it just in time. It was about to be sent back. I asked her if she could just hold on to it and we would be there to pick it up, but she said she would make sure we got it even if she had to deliver it herself. I don't know who ended up delivering but we got it that day. I am supper satisfied with her service and thought she deserved to be recognized. Really wish I remembered her name though.”
“Postmaster was a lot of help getting mail forwarded from relative that had passed without identification, after several trips got it all worked out. Thanks Tom”
