Extremely unprofessional , rude neglect of duty .Point blank customer service is very bad

The ATM took my card and would not return to me. I called PNC bank 2 times and was hung up on. When I spoke to someone they said there was nothing they could do and to fix it myself.

These tellers go out of there way to be unhelpful. This branch has a bad reputation in this area.
