I walked in for a pedicure shortly before 11am on a Friday. I was helped right away. However, that is the only positive thing I can say about the experience. I can't recall the name of the pedicure I went with, but it wasn't the basic pedicure. The pedicure was $65 and I tipped 20% for a total of $78. It wasn't worth $20 let alone $78. The woman who did my pedicure rushed through it all. The polish looked terrible. It was see through in areas and on my skin/cuticles. My cuticles were not properly trimmed. The callus treatment didn't do much of anything. I was in my car leaving at 11:24. The entire thing didn't even take a half hour. I won't be back.

Horrible nail service. She didn’t even use cleaned/sanitized tools on my nails and she was rushing despite the place being empty. I do my nails every 3 weeks from NYC to Annapolis, I only wanted to try them because they were beside the hair place I wanted to try in the area. I showed everyone in the hair salon about my dissatisfaction. She did not even prep my nails before putting the gel polish on. Will not recommend this place just because of the service that I experienced.
Pricing was NYC price but bad service. Not worth it. I would’ve tipped more if she did a decent job.

I was serviced quickly but the job done was horrible. I asked for a French tip but quickly noticed they looked nothing like a French tip. I asked the tech why he was doing them the way he did. He stated that he couldn't do them any other way or else they wouldn't look right . Given that I've had this style and shape before, I knew it was possible. I didn't say anything more because, who am I to tell a nail tech how to do their job. Right? Well in the end, I paid, tipped pretty well, and left. It looked like a fifth grader did my nails. Lumpy surface, non-consistent shape, crooked nail design, etc. The staff was friendly but definitely won't be coming back

The gentleman was very nice and attentive to what I wanted. I was a walk in and he took me back right away. Absolutely love how my nails turned out and definitely will be going back!!

I went somewhere else, supposedly got gel...it started peeling and flaking off within a week. But I came here to fix it and I LOVED the end result! I posted a pic for their page but I'll do another. Very clean very nice. Worked me right in as a walk in. Can't wait to go back! ??

The worst eyelash extensions, they don’t know how to extend eyelashes at all, they occupy the eyelashes on the eyelids, it hurts, deceive consumers, friends, don’t go to this store for eyelashes again

I got a mani pedi. I asked for a deluxe pedicure and gel manicure.I got a regular Pedicure. I should have said something but figured she misunderstood and it was OK. I enjoyed the service and what was done was done right. The issues came at checkout. She tried to charge for the deluxe, which included a sugar scrub, leg and foot massage and hot towels. I got none of that and wasn't going to pay for it. I tried to express my concern about being charged for services that didn't take place and was gaslit. They mentioned having security cameras and I was happy to have them played back because I'm sure of what happened with my body. My legs and feet are covered by signage and they use a clip of my tech wiping her hands on a towel walking towards me as proof of the service.Yeah, no, there were towels in the process but there were not hot towels on my legs or massage of my legs, sugar scrub etc. Basically everything that makes it deluxe. I don't know what caused them to choose to do this with me today or if they do it often, but I am not a bad customer and could have been a regular. I had a 20 bill for the tech as a tip alone until she lied about the service provided. I don't even understand why, and still hoping it was a misunderstanding, but extremely disappointed and what was supposed to be a relaxing treat for myself turned into an anxiety ridden nightmare.

This place looks a bit dumpy on the outside and is not fancy but Donna does great work and is really fast which I appreciate. I had a mani pedi and eyebrow wax for $57 before tip. Amazing! Donna wore a mask the whole time and since she is the only tech working there is a lot of social distancing! Make sure to make an appointment since she's the only one other than the owner.

Amazing nails, I definitely recommend this place if you want your nails done! The two owners are amazing and made me feel welcome. Their place is so clean too, will definitely go here again!

First time here, and loved it. I took my cousin for her birthday. It was perfect! We both got a gel manicure and pedicure and my nails look great. We were late for our appointment and they were very courteous to still fit us in. They took their time on our nails even while they had several other customers and I never felt rushed, but they also were very efficient with everything.
