One of the only aspects that differentiates a franchise location from another is the quality of customer service that is available in each area.For this 7/11, there is nothing remarkable to be said of its stock. It holds the same snacks, drinks, random assortment of car equipment, ice, and cigarettes that any other 7/11 holds. However, I have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and always ready to ensure that this location stands out from the others.Regardless of whether it's warning me that the hotdog I was about to purchase had only been on the rollers for a few moments before I walked in, being patient with slow card machines and putting in the wrong card pin, or being tolerant of my family holding up the line because of indecision and running back to select a different bag of chips, the staff have ensured in me a repeat customer, keen for the greeting that I'll get walking through the door, and the well wishing on my way back out.

Absolutely LOVE everyone that works here. Not only do they know me by name, but also my daughter. Always going the extra mile, always friendly and always smiling. BEST 7-11 We’ve ever been to. Food is ALWAYS FRESH!!

My boyfriend ordered a pizza and there was a ant inside of it and he said the pizza tasted absolutely horrible.

I use this 7-11 exclusively for the ATM inside which is part of my credit union's Network. Other than that, I doubt that I would buy anything here. It is convenient to Rt 4. Much of the business appears to be local workmen and lots of voters stopping by to get ice and drinks before heading out to the boat ramp.

The staff doesn't acknowledge anyone walking in, and barely speaks to customers at the counter. Those who do speak barely know English (which is fine, except you're conducting business in a primarily English community.) Even though specific cups are offered for refills, Danny told my husband he'd "have to charge you twice" for not getting a new cup. My husband questioned this, which meant Danny could roll his eyes and cuss us the rest of the transaction. He didn't even try to answer, just acted like how dare we point out that cup was purchased for its intended purpose. We had a small amount and paid with a small bill, then were shortchanged $2.00. Since apparently we can't count either, I asked for a manager, to which of course Danny responded "she's not here. It's just me, so you'll take what I give you." I asked for a manager to be called, to leave my information, for any way at all to get in touch and let someone know what was happening, but the only response given was "no, I won't do that." So thanks, Danny, because no, we won't come back.

I have this unnatural attraction for the Coke Slurpee and the Chili and Cheese hot dogs. Dropped it down a star because I really shouldn't like it so much.

By far, the friendliest staff at any 7-11 I've ever been to. They actually seem to enjoy their work. Very helpful and understanding, even when they have difficult customers.

The people here absolutely rock! Food is always fresh, the workers are quick to help you out. I go in here all the time for slurpees. One time the machine ran out of my flavor, the one guy refilled it and then had to fix the machine because it was acting up. Waited an hour and for the wait, he gave the slurpees to us for free.
