Worst experience ever. Stay away from this place. They lie and say what they want. Horrible work ethic and take months to complete work. Too many sketchy people working there. They don't answer the phone or call back. No paperwork,the place is a dump. Paid for a new engine and got a junkyard one.

PLEASE READ THIS!!!!! Warning do not take you vehicle here!!!! So not to long back I had taken my vehicle to chips and he had told me that he could repair the dents and paint on my vehicle for 2000 dollars in two weeks was the agreement. So I had left my vehicle there and a couple weeks were up so I thought he’s busy, I had asked when he would have it done he said “I’ll have it done in 2 week” I had thought ok 2 more weeks that’s fine. I came back 2 weeks later nothing was done. I asked “Are you working on the truck!? He said “I need a special sander to take the paint off I order it I’ll get it next week.” Then the following week came still nothing!!! I asked do you have the sander!? He had told me he got it but the paint is too tough to take off it will take more time. I said “ok.” This continued on and on week after week of “I’ll get it done next week.” Until he got the paint off then took the vehicle apart left it in the snow with the windows off the vehicle I put up with it because my vehicle was dismantled. Then he said he couldn’t fix the dents in the bed he’s got to order a bed. (That took about a two months) I said I don’t care what you have to do can we please just get the car together I’ll pay you more money if needed. So it cost a lot extra. To summarize all of this is ALOT!!!! A two week job turn into a 7 month job with a agreement of 2000 dollars turning into 4000 dollars. Do yourself a favor and run away from this service!!!

Just got home from getting 2 new tires. I had a great experience the first time I brought my car here. A screw in the tire was the incentive I needed to come back and visit them. It's a weekday so I was able to bring my car in within an hour of calling them. Everyone was super cool. One of the guys gave my 4 y.o. son a baseball for us to throw around while we waited (which wasn't very long) and told him to keep the ball. This place is legit. Don't think I didn't notice the extra steps to ensure satisfaction. Thank you! I'll see you again (hopefully not too soon).
