I do not recommend ZP Tax. They lack the attention to detail necessary to properly fill out your tax return. For example, a child was left off of our tax return during preparation. After our tax returns were filed, I discovered an error after coordination with the State Tax Advocate which necessitates an amended tax return in order for us to receive money back. I alerted Carlos to this error and I've since received radio silence. Please do your research before selecting a tax preparer.

Rude staff. There is no excuse for rudness and unkindness. You can be professional and cold, but still have manners. A Co is what the staff is. Dont bother to stop at this Co. Do not recommend it at all.

I haven't been to anyone else to complete my taxes, so my review is based on this experience alone. However, I've used Carlos for a few years now. He's thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, and always answers my questions and provides some financial insight for me to explore on my own, which are very helpful, especially as my income changes and grows. He's made filing taxes a breeze. I recommend that you ask your questions up front (cost of services, etc.) and just show up/call to schedule an appointment for immediate assistance.

I'm not getting a favorable impression of this place. I've attempted to contact them using their online form as it's difficult for me to receive phone calls, for which I've received ZERO response (it's been 3 days since I've filled out the form). If they (representatives of this business) ignore their own online form, how is the quality of service provided?

The employees in this location are kind and inviting like in any other tax service location BUT the representative who helped me did not ask me my how I'd like to file my taxes or anything he filled out my taxes incorrectly which has now caused me to pay the IRS more money than i Can even afford and seeing that i am a college student...well let me tell you it sucks. This is why I'm giving them one star. Service is key and if you couldn't even ask a simple question or let your customer know or even go over the details with them then you shouldn't be in the business.
