Had to drop off a modem as a part of disconnecting services. There were other people on line but the person up front was able to get it squared away in two minutes and I was on my way!

From the onset, the interaction was less than satisfactory. The manager seemed unprepared to handle the specifics of my billing issue. Despite my efforts to explain the situation clearly and provide all necessary documentation, the manager’s responses were vague and unhelpful. It was as if my concerns were unheard, and the solutions offered were generic at best, failing to address the core of the problem.
In conclusion, the experience was disheartening. I had hoped for a more competent and considerate handling of my issue. It’s essential for store managers to be equipped not only with the knowledge to resolve technical and billing problems but also with the soft skills necessary to provide a positive customer experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit.

Went here on 5/17/24.
Google says they close at 8, but the store closes at 7pm.
I showed up at 7pm on the dot just to quickly drop off some equipment and they wouldn’t let me in.
Didn’t make me feel like customer service was too important to them.
Guess I’ll drive back tomorrow??♂️

The technical proficiencies of the store associate is on a Neanderthal level. They do not know how diagnose simple problems and provide no solutions. My comment may be harsh; then again, it is true. Train them!

The absolute worse customer service. Went to pick up an equipment, and ended up waiting for over an hour just to pick up an equipment, while employees were just lounging around

Most disrespectful experience. Adam refused to provide the contact for the local Comcast office and tried to deflect the question pointing to some useless Google search.There is no accountability on Comcast.

The waiting time is too long. We ONLY wanted to drop off the equipments and for that we went to the store twice; each time waited almost for an hour. The first time we couldn’t wait longer and left the store. They could have another business model. If they set up different lines for different errands, customers like us who just wanted to drop off the equipments can wait shorter in line.
