Brought a tie to be dry cleaned, which was subsequently ruined by them. They asked me what the tie was "worth" to me, at which point I stated "what I paid for it." The scheister manager then gave me $25. Don't go here if your time, money, and respect are valuable to you.

This is a despicable cleaning service that took a time when the homeowner is distraught and helpless. Trying to take advantage of people at one of the worst times in their lives. Seeing their home and belongings burn or get ruined in a fire. They took our belongings, added up an astronomical amount and tried to create goods/products that were not even in our item list. Saying we had a fur coat when neither of us would even own a fur coat (it was faux fur around the hood). I often wonder what may have been kept or thrown out. They kept our items hostage until the insurance company paid what they asked. We had told our insurance company not to pay because what they were asking would have bought us a whole new wardrobe. Please do not use these cleaners. Do not use them just for any dry cleaning or anything as any business that would prey on people's helplessness are not worthy of any real business!

I had a fire in 2019 this Dry cleaners came to my house the same night and remove all soft goods from my house.. Some how I had a box of money removed as well. the company charged my Insurance $25,000 for the items they removed. if you have a fire or flood. You do not need this service . you can wash what you can save and use the money to buy new. The few expensive purses I owned also disappeared. as well as a couple nice leather coats. They kept the really nice clothes that I owned.

I started taking my clothes, to Woodmoor Cleaner since I finished college (Frostburg State), and becoming a full time working man. I have gone through only three changes in careers since, Woodmoor has ALWAYS been there for me! If I needed a rush clean, they were ready to go! These guy's know what they are doing! Family owned business, and their customer service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, which I wish my car dealer could still be... Thanks Woodmoor Cleaners for years of fine service!!!

When I called prior to my first visit to learn whether their entrance was from the front parking lot or the back parking lot of the shopping center, the conversation devolved into an argument about what time it was. (My cell phone, which updates automatically from a reliable authority, showed the time 6:49, while the employee insisted it was already 6:55.) I had not yet reviewed this establishment's rating or reviews. After hearing so many negative experiences, and given my own bad first impression, I am now hesitant to bring anything here to be dry-cleaned.

Love this place! Ms. Cindy and the ladies are so welcoming and friendly. I have been going to Woodmoor for about five years. I have never had an issue. My clothes are clean and well maintained.

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS. We had a house fire and they were contracted and paid to clean our clothes. It's like they went through and picked out (kept) what they wanted and gave us back the rest. They in fact gave us the wrong clothes. I have spoken with management several time and they keep pushing me off to other employees. We have been promised compensation by both Ed and Jeff and they have since stopped answering called and text messages.

Unbelievably rude. Even in this age where you can expect nothing from a customer service standpoint, they somehow manage to lower the bar. A smile and friendly hello is greeted with a grunt, if you're lucky.

Rude and indifferent. Tasked with cleaning my clothes after a house fire. EVERYTHING still smelled like smoke. Clothes were removed carelessly. Lost a $300 coat and gave me $100.
They made an already bad experience worse.
