“Took awhile to find items since they moved sections around. I hate that they removed the price checking sites. That was very helpful. Only one cashier open with a lengthy problem customer. Had to use self checkout which I feel is incovenient. Don't get a discount for doing it!!!!! Store always nice, neat and clean.”

“The customer service is usually good here with nice selections. Today I was service by Angel (supervisor/manager). She was very professional and personable with excellent customer service. She went over and beyond to help me with an exchange for a smaller size that was not available. It made all the difference in my shopping experience. The guy there that managed the floor does a great job keeping everything sorted and organized. He’s also very helpful. Wish all the rainbow stores can follow suit. “Sephora inside Kohls is convenient. Able to grab most things you would want from a makeup store. This location also has plenty parking. Plus the kohl’s is great because you can do a one stop shop. Drop off your amazon return and grab household items such as pillows or chairs. Definitely a nice plaza to check out”
“It was very out of stock. For clothing and footwear. There were few offers and few nice things to buy, plus everything was lying on the floor, different from other stores in the same category where everything is organized.
The staff's attention is cold and distant. There is free parking.

“My friend was in tears within 15 minutes of entering the store because of how good they felt in a correct size bra. Wanetta was an absolute expert. The best part was the prices were surprisingly reasonable! Cannot recommend this place enough.”
