Told me service would take 40 minutes… NOPE…. they repaired my cracked screen in 15!?? Screen works perfectly w/ no issues! Highly recommend. Nice guys, no hassle and easy to get to. But that’s just my two cents.

5 star experience and it was convenient being in the mall. I got a great deal to fix 4 phones and it was done in a hour. A lot of stuff you can get done here and its quick service like the sign says. Located in Silver Spring (Downtown Silver Spring mall)

Incredibly fast service. Got water damage on my iPhone while at brunch in DC. It was doing a logo bootloop and I was nervous whether I would have to get a new phone or not. After a quick Google of alt options I found this shop in Silver Spring, and they inspected, quoted, and repaired my phone in 20min at a reasonable price given the alternative of a new phone. Hassle-free. 10/10 would recommend them.

If you have an iPhone 10 and up, don’t go here. It’ll make your screen bug. And they stole my good battery and replaced it with a bad one... watch the guy when he goes into the corner with your phone.

DO NOT GO HERE..!!!!!!!!!!!!! They steal parts of your phone!!!!!!! Replace parts of your phone with unreliable refurbished piece. I knew I should’ve stayed Clear from this Place because of the experience I had years ago taking my old iPhone there. But because of the convenience and me being in a hurry to fix my screen I made a terrible of mistake of going there again ! A few years ago I took my iPhone there to get my cracked screen fixed which they did. Weeks later another function on my phone stopped working. My assumption was they stole parts of my phone. Last week I took my iPhone 11 there to get my screen replaced which they did an a great amount of time but now the sound on my phone is not working. I have to turn it off and on again to get the sound back but it keeps going off. I knew I should not have brought my phone there. These people are thieves, Crooks and scammers. They need to be shut down!!!!!!!!!!

WIRELESS & CELLPHONE REPAIR STORE ELLSWORTH PLACE was a great experience. Connor got my phone fixed in a very short amount of time and I didn’t have any problems with my phone after receiving it. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who needs their phone fixed in a timely manner.
