My recommendation is stay away. Mary Hood was really great to work with, but they don't have nearly enough staff and can't even keep their appointments. I waited for almost 30 minutes after my appointment time to see a banker. Other times there are no bankers present at all. The line for the tellers is usually long and slow, even though the staff is working hard.Hire more people, and pay them more so they stay! I will not be using WF in the future if they keep this trend going.

Wells Fargo Bank customer service is deplorable, the banker was very obnoxious banker needs to be trained. I did a walk in was told she was expecting someone with an appointment she can't help me and she walk away.

??? I wanted to withdraw money from a card and the lady told me I couldn't and I explained to her that I had the pin and my ID. She told me not to go to the cashier outside. What really pissed me off was that I asked a Hispanic woman for help and she told me that she couldn't help me translate because she works there and wasn't doing anything. I think that's why. They pay them to serve the customers, they are annoying, they reluctantly serve the customers, plus the Hispanic woman and the lady at the cash register.
