I didn't like the inappropriate way the pharmacist treated me. I went to get a vaccine and he asked me for a hug and touched me inappropriately.

Bought some merchandise and then asked the lady at the counter to use the restroom. She pointed to the back pharmacy and said to ask them because there’s a code lock on the door, which is fine, because that’s where the bathroom was and there was a line behind me. Went and asked the pharmacy personnel and the guy said, “Uh, yeah ask someone at the front or around the store, they’ll help you out” without even looking at me. I replied that the front sent me back here and he LITERALLY ignored me and went back to talking to a coworker. Eventually the front desk lady came back opened the door for me, but Jesus Christ, the customer service being this bad to even be able to take a piss scares me out of even thinking about getting a vaccine or something here. Recommendation: go anywhere else but here for anything. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

I made an appointment to get my vaccination shot.I arrived 6 PM at the check-in. They employee processed the payment for my shot and says wait for the pharmacist to give you the shot.After 10 mins wait, they said I’m sorry we don’t have vaccination and we are running out of it.Seriously? I spent hours for this. I mean they can do better.

To anyone saying that the managers and store aren't the problem, I live close by. Walking distance, you need to look at the whole picture instead of the parts you enjoyed because I have used this walgreens back when it was a Rite-aid. The manager I believe banned me from the store for paying with change. I saw a car getting robbed outside and witnessed people stealing on multiple occasions here. Rather than hire security, they let it happen. Dangerous place, dangerous area. If you arrive here, don't come alone. or don't arrive at all.

Came here for our COVID shot. Out appointment was at 6:00 pm and there was NOBODY waiting, nevertheless it wasnt until 630 before they got around to giving us our shot. The staff were not doing anything either. On top of it, after we complained, they finally gave us the shot and were rude and made sure it hurt. Furthermore, I felt liquid running down my arm and I question if anything actually was injected. Absolutely unprofessional. Dont come here if you can avoid it.

I went to pick up my items which I paid for online. Three of their employees one is a kind of manager abused me. And, it took them more than an hour to give me my staff from behind the counter. One was with customers, one was just roaming inside, the other one who acted as a boss was smoking by the door . Three of them know that my item was there. The surprising part is either the store manager or anyone from corporate office didn't care to reach me out. Instead, they were forcing me to give them 5 stars by email. I read two news about Walgreen shopers in other locations were shot and bitten by its employees. Now, I believed it is their regulations. Thank you Walgreens. And you know there are other stores which care for customers and hire matured people in the area. Your loss. I saved myself that day.

For 3 days in a row, I'm put on hold with the pharmacy for a total of 30 minutes and then they drop my call. The system counts down the callers ahead of me. A live person answers and places me on hold before I can say anything. The line starts ringing, and after the 20th ring, I get disconnected. I'm going to another pharmacy. I gave 3 stars because I haven't stepped foot in the store.

Everytime I go inside to use the ATM the machine is either broken or out of money. It's been over 6 months that I havent been able to get money from that ATM

Being refilling my prescriptions for years when use to be rite aid never had to wait for so long in line like now as WalgreensOmg they never pick up the phone,for you to be able to get your medicine you have to wait in line for long timeVery unhappy with this farmacy
