Came here for our COVID shot. Out appointment was at 6:00 pm and there was NOBODY waiting, nevertheless it wasnt until 630 before they got around to giving us our shot. The staff were not doing anything either. On top of it, after we complained, they finally gave us the shot and were rude and made sure it hurt. Furthermore, I felt liquid running down my arm and I question if anything actually was injected. Absolutely unprofessional. Dont come here if you can avoid it.

For the past few months, i've been trying to get my prescription filled here. TBH, it's a tough one that is always on backorder, however, even when they receive the shipment, it still is never filled when I am told it will be. It's hard to plan accordingly when always getting misinformation.

What a terrible experience, I just transferred my RX from CVS Pharmacy to Walgreens @ Veirs Mill Rd, Rockville due to convenience. I called today to order my child RX, was placed on hold for over 45 minutes, rep finally came on and requested for me to hold on for a second, she came back after 5 minutes and stated for me to call back as they have a line and decline to provide her name and hung up.

Regarding the pharmacy. I made an appointment to get a shot and filled all the paperwork online. I had to wait one hour to get my shot. Similar happened to other customers. I let them know that this was unacceptable. This was my first time and it will be my last one as customer there.

I ordered 2 items online. They said ready within an hour. 25 hours later I'm still waiting. I already went in and bought the items over the counter. The man in front of me paid cash and was told by the cashier "we don't need have coins, would you like to donate the six cents to boys and girls clubs of America?

I can't think of a more unsafe place to trust with high risk medication. We are talking about a 2 out of 10 in critical thinking skills with a complete aversion to common sense and effort. If you need something for example to prevent a life threatening event, they will first do a dance of answering the phone then hanging up on you. They will cite additional reasons such as no refills, no insurance auth, etc, why this can't be filled despite you having an approval letter or active rx in hand. Corporate is useless as well and will ask you to direct your feedback to the store. Advise a mom-and-pop pharmacy instead. These people are unsafe.

I go to this Walgreens all the time. The employees are very service oriented. Today when I approached I couldn't believe the amount of trash that was laying around. Very disappointing and gross.

I had a BOPIS (buy online pick up in store) order that was ready almost immediately after I checked out online, so I like that the store staff are on top of the web orders. The location is confusing to get to, and the parking lot has a bunch of one-way roads that aren't intuitive. The location is along a very main street (Viers Mill Road) and very busy cross street (Randolph Road) and backs up to residential neighborhood that's all surprisingly heavily trafficked. The parking lot is also strange. I've never before seen parking spots perpendicular to the normal row of parking spots at a Walgreens, and I felt wrong to park that way but I did anyway. I expected it to be busy inside given all of the cars in the parking lot, but it was a very quick in-and-out experience. The cashier was friendly, knowledgeable, and knew the point-of-sale system. It's always nice when employees are well trained. The interior was clean, the shelves well stocked, and the aisles easy to maneuver!

Recently my physician made a mistake twice and caused my prescriptions to get sent elsewhere despite receiving confirmation. Well, the pharmacy technician was quick to amend the issues and made sure I could receive my prescription there right away. Cece really is a delight to work with and she is amazing. I am so glad to be using this Walgreens pharmacy because of the speed and accuracy of how my scripts are processed.

If you have a special needs person in your life, this is a great place to have them get their Covid 19 booster. My daughter has anxiety management issues, so the very prospect of the idea of getting a shot is quite problematic. This pharmacist here was very calm & comforted her throughout that she almost forgot why we were there. Good setup as well for waiting, privacy area for shot & floor space in room within for two other family members to help encourage her.

The pharmacy is a mess - I made an appointment for a flu shot and COVID vaccination for myself and hubby and ended up waiting 45 minutes. They had two staffers serving not very many people, but apparently it was still too much. Process of taking our info, getting the forms to fill out, etc was very slow. Staffer who gave me the shot wasn't wearing her mask properly. The store itself seems fine, but understaffed. That might be due to the current labor shortage - however, I did see another review on Google complaining about long waits for shots from A YEAR AGO. So I would avoid the pharmacy or at least don't get vaccinations here!

If u want to print something here, just try somewhere else. They messed up my order and let me wait for more than 30 minutes for just a poster. Bad service ever.

Don't ever go to this Walgreens, the manager is stupid. I went in to purchase a hair dryer and she tells me I can't use my $5 off coupon because the hair dryer came out a little under $20 so she told me to get something else like candy so I could use the coupon and then says oh you can use this coupon on your next purchase even though my coupon expired in 2 days and then keeps my coupon ? What an idiot
