Jacob took really good care of us and made the car buying experience pleasant. He found the model and color that we wanted and assisted with financing. He followed up the next day and took the time to answer all of our questions. We are very satisfied with the car that we purchased and with the customer service at this dealership.

I received a call from the service department to perform some bodywork and replace the front tag holder on my car. On the day I brought it in, they estimated it would take about 30 minutes to an hour. I agreed and patiently waited for almost four hours. After expressing my frustration with the long wait, Mr. Joe Devlin, the Service Manager, who is a very courteous gentleman, expedited the return of my car.To my surprise, when they returned my car, there was no evidence of any bodywork being done, except for the tag holder replacement. I spoke to Alex Garcia, the New Car Sales Manager, about my concerns. He was equally surprised and promised to email me the paperwork once the mechanic returned from their break. This raised my suspicion that something was amiss. I even inquired whether they had performed any bodywork because I was concerned it might affect my Carfax history. Alex assured me it wouldn't, although I remained uncertain.My wife and I have been trying to obtain the paperwork from our Sales Consultant, Jacob, for nearly a month now. They keep providing excuses, and even Alex Garcia has not responded to my emails. Unbeknownst to them, my car is equipped with GPS and cameras that record everything. After reviewing the video footage, I discovered that my car remained parked in their lot the entire time I was waiting. However, when I complained, Mr. Joe Devlin drove my car to the workshop and was seen attending to the tag holder. It was evident that no bodywork was done.I have retained the video evidence, which captures my conversation with Alex Garcia regarding Carfax and his assurance of an impending email. I am considering sharing this evidence on YouTube or with the media. Additionally, I plan to email it to Volvo's Tell US Reporting Line if I do not receive a response from the dealership.I urge everyone reading this to seek a second opinion when having service done on their vehicles. We may not possess expert knowledge about cars, and there's no way to be certain whether the work was actually completed. Furthermore, be prepared for potentially time-consuming delays. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received.

This company sells lemon cars, buyer beware. I recently purchased a $18k vehicle from this company only to have the transmission go bad within less than 1,700 miles which was less than 2 months. I contacted the salesperson Kirk Daniels and his leadership team and asked them how this could have happened so fast, and that they had knowledge of the problem nothing could happen to a reputable vehicle that soon if was inspected properly. The leadership did not care, I took the car into service and the service manager mentioned I don't know what's wrong with your vehicle but you can still drive it. I reached out to Mile One HQ for one of the CEOs there and left him a message 2-3 weeks ago and he never responded. DON'T purchase a car from this place they sell lemon cars.

The car rides like a dream and my wife and daughter love riding in the car. Safety ratings are excellent. I am driving 1.5 hours just to use their service department over my local service department (10 minutes). Tanner at Silver Springs has been so helpful and accommodating and responsive. the good service here made me glad a purchased my XC-90 here and will certainly be buying my next car here.

5 stars for Doug in sales. His knowledge and customer service with out the typical sales pushiness was greatly appreciated. He is focused on finding what you want and matching it to the vehicle that meets those needs. What I wanted matches a vehicle that is not in production until next year. While I ultimately didn’t purchase I definitely will come back when the vehicle is available to purchase from him.

The experience working with this dealership has been phenomenal so far! Shoutout to Kirk, Stan & Eric! They made this process as seamless and smooth as possible. We couldn't be happier and will rest comfortably knowing they are there to assist however possible. We were out-of-state buyers and while it was a long 6+ hour drive there and back, we would do it again to work with these people and buy from this dealership! Words can not explain the level of customer service and quality you will get by going here!

I just had the best experience with Jose from mile one auto group at the Volvo dealership. We are from New Jersey on a road trip for the day and our car broke down while driving. We managed to get it to Volvo and Jose got us right in and had the car fixed in no time at all. He was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We were back on our way in no time at all. I would highly recommend Jose at Volvo in the mile one auto group.

Purchased my 2023 XC60 from Volvo Silver Spring. The sales process with seamless. I ordered the car, negotiated the price, when it arrived, I picked it up. It also came in a few days early! Kirk was a great sales representative. Noah, the GM introduced himself and the finance process was painless. I would recommend this dealer.

Love love love my xc60 hybrid (surprisingly) but this dealership is absolutely the worst. they have no respect for their customers whatsoever. when I leased my car I was told I would be entitled to a loaner car whenever I took it in for service. WRONG. There are never any loaner cars available. And any time you call to speak to anyone there for any reason whatsoever, you will fail. They don't care about their customers enough to actually pick up any of their calls. And if you leave a message - do not expect to ever get a call back. I have dealt with other Volvo dealerships that seem sooooo much better. I'll purchase my next Volvo anywhere else.

Excellent car buying experience. I have never enjoyed shopping for cars because I hate car salesmen, except for this time. Clay was a great resource and stayed late to make sure I got the car that was right for me and even checked up a couple days later to see if I was having any issues or if I had any questions on how anything worked. Jacob was also very helpful both times when I returned and even put the new tags on for me. This team is going to take care of you and they aren’t going to try to pressure you into something.

They have good deals but they make promises they don't keep. The vehicle my dad purchased was supposed to be detailed and the gas tank full it didn't happen and we had to drive back twice to finish the deal. Customer service is definitely not their high point. UPDATE I received an apology from management at the dealership and a definite knowledge of mistakes that were made and it was highly appreciated by myself and my dad. That's the kind of professionalism we admire.

My Aunt always drove Volvo's and when she passed in March I was taking care of her last wishes. She left me and my cousin her 2021/2020 Volvo. It was a dream to drive. I'm a Chevy girl all the way. I let my cousin have the Volvo and tried to get that ride out of my head. So, I went to the local Volvo to check them out. The experience at the FREDERICK VOLVO (the city I live in) was horrible so I went to SILVER SPRING VOLVO. By the time I went to the SS Volvo, I was already corresponding with Abraham Blandon. When I walked in SS Volvo and a Salesman (don't know his name) immediately greeted me and I told him I was there for Abraham the salesman and he still offered me coffee or water!!! Abraham was absolutely wonderful took his time didn't make me feel pressured or talked down to. Didn't talk to my husband instead of me, the car buyer. When it came to price talk, here comes Stan Gutierrez and I gave him a hard hard time but he was full of smiles and help. He followed up, as is his job, and we talked on the phone forever (not his job). Then I met Wyman Chow (finance) with her cool gadgets and wonderful positive attitude and I don't like that department even more than I hate salespeople but she convinced me and my husband to get the extra packages that I may never need but I feel good about getting. She was also fantastic. HOWEVER this was a 100% positive experience that was almost a Volvo ruin for me at the other place. This experience is fantastic and will send anyone and everyone there. I love my new Volvo!!!!

Purchased my first Volvo XC60 at Volvo of silver springs. Had a good experience with sales team. Jebbie was my sales consultant he was really helpful and gave me a detailed overview of the features of the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will purchase again in future.
