So the gentleman who gave me a cut this is the second time cutting my hair. I showed him a picture I knew I didn’t have the length, but he knew I wanted the shape and the style. Gave me a straight scissor cut with out clippers. After he cut my hair, he cleaned the sides with the clippers. I try to make sure what I want is not lost in translation. I’ve had that experience many times.I think sometimes we go with a style & we may not have the texture or length. If the stylus tells you don’t have the texture and it’s not going to look like that or you don’t have the length they’re telling you nicely that you’re not going to get that look.

TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY. THE GUY WHO GAVE ME HAIR CUT LACKS BASIC HAIR CUTTING SKILLS AND HE CHARGED ME $40 FOR IT AND THEN HE WAS SHOWING ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON.STUPIDEST HAIR CUT I EVER GOT.Please do a favor to yourself, and don’t go there, they are waste of time and money.Service: Haircut

I used to go to Errol when I lived in the DMV area. That was 30 years ago. I moved back to California, but whenever I am in town, I go to Vivanti to get Errol to do my hair. He is still doing an excellent job, and he also has a good memory. Even this time, when I came in wearing a mask, he walked over, and said "I know who you are." I had not been to his shop in 10 years, and he still remembered me, and still did a great job on my hair. Errol is the best!!!

Unfortunately, this workers at this business do not care about me as a customer. Sorry not sorry is the song the worker played when he finished charging me $45 to take a least amount of hair of each side. The barber Loc walked outside unannounced, got food, took a million breaks and left with with a haircut that I really don't like. The funny thing is I went back into the shop because I forgot something and the customer that was waiting rushed to the chair. Vivanti is still trash.

Mr. Errol has been taking care my hair for 4 years now and his service is exceptional. Mrs. Susan always pleasant and willing to make your time in the salon the best experience everytime. I saw one of his clients and I asked her who was doing her hair, because her hair always was gorgeous and she recommended me him and since then. I have been a loyal customer of Vivanti. Hightly recommend his services.
