The whole process was quick and efficient. The representative was able to confirm my vision coverage with my insurance and schedule an appointment within 15 mins. The visit was only about 30 minutes long and was very sanitary. All machines were cleaned before and after usage. I was able to try on a nice array of glasses and the pair I chose will be shipped in a timely manner and ready for pick up!

VisionWorks' model is corporate trash. It is impossible to actually call the store, they often do not have actual doctors on site and do the exam virtually, and they got my order wrong several times with no accountability. Avoid this place and choose an actual optometrist rather than a poorly trained tech.

I went to vision works on 3/24/2024 purchased a pair place of glasses and as of 04/22/2024 I still have not received my glasses and when I call the office they keep telling me they are in process, this whole ordeal is ridiculous and I will NOT be going back to this Visionworks location period..

I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed and when I arrived at the establishment they told me that it was not in their records. Apart from the fact that they made me lose half a day of work, I was left in the dark because I didn't have my appointment and they didn't even bother to let me know if you have any problems.

Customer service at VisionWorks on Fenton Street in Silver Spring, MD is excellent. I recently bought glasses there, using a new prescription from an optometrist at a different company. The new prescription did not work well. So, then I took a different prescription to VisionWorks. Even though they had not caused the problem, VisionWorks stood by their satisfaction guarantee. VisionWorks replaced the lenses for free. The manager, Jackie, was especially kind and efficient. And the new glasses arrived even faster than promised.
