the worst company and very disrepectville the company has went to far and forced me to pay a bill that i didn't even do and i have been calling them more then 50 times and they kept talking to the debt collectors and there is a lawsuit is now pending unless they contact me for a settlementsthis matter needs to get resolved or Verizon will lose there company for goodthat means all the employees that works for your company will get layoff as well

I'm tired of dealing with having the best data plan and never any data to do anything with. I get 1-2 Mbps everyday all-day in Hollywood Maryland. I can't get any work done or stream anything on the hotspot, it remind me of the dsl days.

I have tried and tried to reach a PERSON. Your company is not responsive to people interaction. Your trucks license # 2 ca 5769 sped through Piney Point Md today. Your trucks are constantly speeding.

Great location for training. Place is really clean and the cafeteria has many food options. Cafe has a deli, taco station, burgers/ cheesesteak area, hot food and salad bar. This HQ is very easy to navigate around

I wouldn't give Verizon any stars. Absolute WORST customer service ever and the service is much more expensive than other providers. Receiving my bills every month is so aggravating because when there is a problem I cannot stand having to talk to one of there representatives. I would never recommend Verizon to anyone and I went against my better judgment and signed up with them... Never, ever again!!!

There are no stars that need to be given. THEY DIDN'T CARE AT ALL. This is a company that used people to knock on your door to solicit business from you. SO i bought into it and gave them a chance. I have been lied too the monthly bill with verizon is 10 times higher than Comcast is. Theses past two days i can not get anyone on the phone. Finally i reached an agent today to try to set up my first payment arrangement with them. I am going to be honest my bill is 248. I tried to make an arrangement to pay 120 today 4/26/16 and the rest next week. He says no i asked to speak to manager. After being on hold for 15 mins he says yes we can do it. Then he takes my payment and says it can not be processed because your account is a cash only account. REALLYYYY how can that be seeing how my last payment was made with my debit card. I guess he gets tired of answering my questions and he refers me to another agent that admits to me that he just started working 2 days ago????? Okay i was able to ask my neighbor for his table to make the payment per the arrangement. THE SERVICE is still not restored. I see the agreement on my online account with my cell phone when i log in. The representative is telling me that he can not make any changes to the account so he transfers me over to the customer service. GEEE WIIIZZZZ long behold i am placed back on hold for over 30 mins when i realized that is now after 8pm. I call back go threw all the prompts just to be told that they are closed. I am going to cancel my services tomorrow and demand my bank to cancel the payment. Verizon is too expensive to one not pay employee what they deserve and two to not help customer that pay them over 3,000 a year on cable services. They act like we need to bow down to them. WE ARE THE ONE PAYING THEM!!!!! HORRIBLE
