Would rate lower if possible. There is always something wrong. The current issue is the after hours combination lock isn't working so I can't check my PO Box after hours.

I have a mailbox at this location. For over 2 weeks now it has been inaccessible after hours. This is unacceptable as I come from a long way to get mails at that location. At least they could put a notice that the lock is faulty and we can only come there during working hours. They should also send a notification to clients with mailboxes.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Dawn at USPS. As soon as she enters the hall, the entire atmosphere shifts, and a palpable tension fills the air. Her behavior is completely unacceptable, starting with her yelling at customers.
I even have video evidence of this crazy woman yelling at a customer. It is shocking that someone as verbally abusive and unprofessional as Dawn holds a position as a customer service representative. USPS, please take action to address this issue. It is unacceptable to subject customers to such terrible treatment.

Well. I fell it’s a waste of my life for a few minutes every time I go this place. And unfortunately this time it’s also a waste of my shipping label too. She printed it out without telling me my only choice is to buy the $7 tape strip onsite otherwise I can’t ship my package. I choose not to, my label was wasted.

Don’t bother making an appointment for passport here. What ever time you put doesn’t mean anything waited 45 minutes past my set hour and and waited where I was told to wait for nothing. I walked out and went to a new usps on Kingston’s park way. They helped me a lot more as a walk in then this place. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE both worth it

This is the worst post office
Customer service is terrible. There is one lady who works there wwho talks to people so rude. If you hate your job please find another one.

For some reason the employees there can’t read addresses right… I’ve had too many packages that I can count that were delivered to the WRONG address. Someone by the name of dickson said “well you should’ve had the sender write, sign on delivery”.. NO you need to actually hire employees with a high school diploma and not thieves. He said the mailman went back but there was a dog so he walked away….. how pathetic! They even told me that a diploma isn’t required to work for USPS.. so they’re really just hiring anyone to trust to deliver your packages. It’s to the point that I have to call them and tell them to make sure to deliver my package to the right address. Unfortunately this is my local post office
