The staff has been extremely rude to me on numerous occasions. What finally made me leave this review is I called today for clarification on reserving a PO Box, and I was yelled at, interrupted multiple times to be snapped at while I was in the middle of explaining my question, and when I was transferred to the 2nd representative (who was the one engaging in the behaviors listed above) when I tried to say “hello, can you hear me?” because she wasn’t responding to me speaking to her, she raised her voice and yelled “ugh what is this??” when I was just trying to get some help. She interrupted me constantly and didn’t listen to my question until I ended up snapping and asking her to please let me just ask my question, and then she said she didn’t know the answer behind pricing for PO Boxes because “no one had ever asked her that before”, and to just call elsewhere.
Other issues have included my mail carrier leaving notes that made my spouse and I uncomfortable in my mailbox asking me to see him in person, and when I asked the staff for assistance on figuring out why he was leaving these notes they told me that it was odd but they wouldn’t do anything and “not to worry about it”. I’ve never had issues like this with any other USPS location in other states.

the mail delivery people stuff packages into the mail box and it makes it so that u cannot unlock the box because the packages are stuck under the locking mechanism. we’ve asked them to stop repeatedly because we physically cannot get into the box and they do not care. I wrote a note asking them to please walk the extra 100 feet to the doorstep and they wrote a rude note back and didn’t even adjust the package so that the box could unlock. waiting literal days to receive a package because of immature pettiness. (we take our mail regularly but we have a big household that receives a lot of mail)

The workers do nothing but charge you and sit there, if you need any assistance find a different location-the handicap doors don’t even work in that place

Clerk is so rude here! I just wanted help sending a certified mail and I honestly didn't remember and she yelled and sent me back to the end of the line... people here even make you get scared to ask a simple question! Horrible customer service

We went in for passport applications for our kids. The clerk Ana was great! Very through checking our documents but also very efficient. In and out in 20 minutes with photos!

The meanest USPS staff I've ever encountered. I didn’t even speak and was yelled at. Waited in a long line to get to the counter and thrown out due to my tape (packing tape). I had other letters to mail as well but they wouldn't service me. Additionally, this location’s workers kept stating they only take credit/debit. Why is a government entity refusing cash?

The most rude clerk Jennifer I ever met! I was in line waiting for 10 Minu to get my package scanned and obtain a quick receipt due to recipient’s request. Finally, it was my turn and she refused to serve me and told me never to come to the counter to get served for prepaid usps label. Horrible and unprofessional service and extremely rude attitude! !!

The person at the front desk today was a complete jerk . I didn’t catch her name but she was the younger of the two . I’ve never experience such rude disrespect . Avoid this location !

I think staff are trained at this location to quickly get through the lines without assisting anyone with the reason they came in for. I was the 6th person in line and watched 5 of the people ahead of me get turned away for some minuscule reason.
Extremely rude and arrogant staff. I’ll definitely be avoiding this location at all costs from now on.
Senior citizen came to change his adresss
They said they don’t have any more change address forms.
Young man came to post returns. He got turned away because he doesn’t have a shipping label printed and their wifi is down. He asked where can he go, staff said they don’t know. Can’t help you there.
Next man came to print return label after him. She suggested he can print at Staples. Not sure why she didn’t offer this suggestion to the young man before him.
Next person had a large box to return, seems like she didn’t want to help him but he kept arguing with her until she gave in. She gave him tape to tape his box.
I was next. I thankfully already printed my label at home. I got rejected because I didn’t tape my label on to the box. Shouldn’t a post office have tape available to do so? Shouldn’t they have a clear plastic envelope that tapes on to packages like most post offices do? Why couldn’t she give me the tape she JUST gave the gentleman before me? She just kept insisting I buy their tape. I ended up taking the excess tape off of my box and reusing it to tape the label onto the box. Incredibly dehumanizing experience. Staff need to be trained in customer service or not be offered this job at all.

This is the second time this year that I asked to put a HOLD on my mails because we were out of town. And the postman still keeps delivering. Mails overflowed in my mailbox. Thank goodness my neighbor took care of them for me. Again, this time. ZERO for rating.

They recently failed to deliver my package and said it would be delivered the following day. I’m waiting for my package till now and I need it before Christmas Day ?
