Waste of time for passport photos. Made an online appointment only to find out upon arrival that their camera is broken. Go to fedex for better service.

The women there was so unhelpful, rude, angry, and mad for no reason. They have terrible service please do not go here. It is worth driving the extra 10 minutes to the other one. worst post office I have ever been too. They also do not update there hours and days that there are open so driving there is just a 50/50.

Read the reviews and it has *never* been my experience at this location. Other branches, yes. I live less than 10 minutes from the Amherst branch (where I refuse to go after really terrible experiences) and drive the few extra miles to go to the Aspen Hill location.
Does it get busy? Yes.
Might you have to wait in line? Yes.
This is not an employee issue but rather a problem with an understaffing decision made by the post office management.
I’ve always received excellent customer service from the postal employees; they’ve been patient, friendly and helpful…even during high volume times.
So, if you want to complain, at least correctly identify the source of it.

This post office is terrible, disrespectful and not professional at all!!!! The moment I walked in the door, I don’t know her name but this old lady with gray boy cut hair starts speaking very rudely to me like as if I didn’t need to be at the post office. She made it seem like I wasn’t prepared for my daughter’s passport appointment and I had everything in order. Very bad attitudes and poor customer service. SMH!!

Friendly crew. I have never had a bad visit. True 2 packages were late (thought lost) but they were found and were sent. But then again, no one is perfect. Just like the warm atmosphere.

The cashier (girl with glasses and an AirPod in her ear) was attending customers while talking on the phone. The air pod isn’t the issue, it’s the fact that I had to repeat myself 5 times and she still ended up giving me my money order with the wrong amount. Unprofessional and I’m sure she wouldn’t be doing this if her manager was around.

Worst services, i don’t recommend this place at all. We had an appointment and waited 45mnts. And we took the day off from work . At the end we didn’t receive the services nor pay from work. Waste or time.

Had an appointment for a passport application and I wish I had just gotten it done at a different post office. This one had a line out of the door and even though I was early to my appointment I still ended up waiting about 25 minutes to be taken up to the counter. There was a lady who kept telling me to wait in the lobby and they’d come get me when they were ready for me. Ok, so then what’s the point of my appointment if i’m still at their mercy waiting for “whenever they’re ready for me.” Anyway, I walked back into the main room since I thought maybe they’d forgotten about me and I get told again to wait out in the lobby. Damn? For how long???? And don’t even get me started on the parking situation. Definitely not enough spaces for this obviously high traffic location. Please go elsewhere if you can, and if you can’t, please bring your patience!

Showed up early for my kids passport appointment and was still waiting for over 30mins after the initial time slot. There were maybe 4-5 regular customers during that timeframe, so the place wasn't busy. The location was also filthy, dead bugs and gum on the floor... Just avoid it if you can.

Arrived early for our passport appointment, were helped promptly by (I think) Jasmine, who was very helpful & knowledgeable.
