Don’t bother to call, as no one ever picks up (not even voicemail). And if you click on “website” it just takes you to the general USPS website. Non-existent customer service.

The amount of misdeliveries I get from mail carriers is absolutely insane. I regularly get my neighbor’s mail and have had packages never delivered

Awful service. No one ever picks up the phone. They marked my package as "addressee moved" and never delivered even though I have not moved and the address was correct.
