“I got my car about 2 months ago with Elmer and he’s such a great salesman. He broke down what I would be signing and made me feel comfortable when I didn’t know certain information. No games or the run around, just straight forward and I appreciated that. There was a delay in getting my tags and I gave a call and he was just as helpful as when I drove my car off the lot (I got my tags the same day). “I really don't understand some of the negative reviews. I found a used ram online that I was interested in. I called and they told me that the vehicle was indeed available. I met with the Sales Rep Dabo And we went on a test drive. They did take a little bit off the price of the truck through text before my visit and when I was there, I asked if they could takeoff a little bit more and he very politely told me that they couldn't as it was already priced aggressively, Which to be fair, it was. I was going to get a truck from another dealership and when it fell through, I decided to purchase that one. Dabo had great Communication Via text and over the phone.
Unfortunately, the day we decided to come in and buy the vehicle. He was not there, but his partner Maribel was. Even though she wasn't getting the sale, she was great. I set a stopwatch on my phone when we walked in there because I wanted to see how long it was going to take And it was just over an hour (granted I had my own financing but still) The finance manager offered an extended warranty, but when I told him I might come back and get it, he gave me no pushback nor did he try to upsell me on a ton of other things like upholstery protection, lojack or anything like that. All in all, it was a great seamless experience and I would definitely buy from there again. Thanks Lindsay Ford”
