Dropped a package off today and received excellent service from Ketan. I have used several local UPS stores for shipping and have always received good service, but my experience with this store is always - without exception- excellent service. I would highly recommend them.

I have mailed things from this location 2x to 2 different places within 6 months and both items have been lost. Tracking information states the label was created but never shipped. This UPS is the worst.

This location has excellent, top-notch customer service. I called ahead to ask about getting a document (with several copies) notarized. Ketan answered the phone and also greeted me as I came in, taking time to make sure I had everything I needed, including witness signatures. Darshana notarized my documents and was patient while she signed all the copies and explained the process. They went above and beyond for me and I noticed they were also kind, professional, and helpful to every person who walked in as well. Thank you again!

Best customer service made my Amazon return very smooth helped me packing the package and guided me on the different Amazon ups return that Amazon has. The employee are very patient and helpful. Would recommend this store over the Burtonsville location

WILD that they charge $4 for a plastic bag. Other UPS stores are cheaper, try a different one for your shipping needs.

Every visit I’ve received such kind service! The staff are all friendly and patient. I sent a package over seas which ran into some complications, it took an hour to sort things out and they were on it! No faces that indicated I was a bother and they kept checking in on me. Haven’t had service like this from a ups before.
