Paul is a treasure. He always remembers us when we come into the store and consistently provides great service, advising us on our options for shipping and helping us get our packages wrapped and shipped in the best way possible. We are fortunate to have him running this UPS store in our neighborhood.

The staff at this UPS store is fantastic! Paul is the best. He is the reflection of top notch customer service. Astrid is also truly one of a kind. They are both very knowledgeable and attentive to customer needs.They provide efficient and friendly customer service. They always greet me with a genuine smile and are ready to help with all my request, whether it is printing an important document or next day shipping. The best UPS staff and best UPS store in the DMV!

Conveniently located in downtown Silver Spring off of Colesville road. The store manager Paul is very nice, helpful, willing to assist, and greets his customers by name. Paul will help you with all your packing and shipping needs. I highly recommended this UPS store location for anyone in the DMV in need of UPS services.

Have had a business-related postal box here for 5 years. Love the store manager - Paul - who greets me enthusiastically each time I enter. He's always helpful and is good about letting me know by email when I have packages that can't fit into my box.
