I’ve had my mail delivered to this location for the past two years and every time I came to get my mail Paul greeted me with a warm smile and helped me with anything and everything I needed. I can’t recommend this UPS store any higher - it has felt like family working with this store and with Paul.

This location offers a limited selection of packaging options, which leads to higher prices—quite expensive overall.
I was also charged $2.82 just to print a label, which made me feel a bit nickel-and-dimed.

"I had a terrible experience at this UPs. The staff that was there today Aug 15/2024 was rude and unhelpful, and the guy said I come here everyday asking for free stuff and I came here last week for first time to use their services and spend $75 to ship package I never seen this man in my life before he was racist to make that comment because am black woman with afro hair todat and when I try to explain to him how his comment is offensive and not true, he said just do the shipping no apologies or accountability to his words! i had to go to different ups to make my shipping because he made me uncomfortable to the point I didn’t trust the service if my package will be taken care if probably, would not recommend this place to anyone!!

From my experience this is a very good ups store I frequently go to drop off packages and everything goes smoothly. What more can you expect from a ups store just go in do what you gotta do and leave I don't understand why the review under me excepts so much from a ups store out of all places

Great customer service. Highly recommend this store. Paul be should promoted. He cares about his customers, and always prioritizes moving people as quickly through the store as possible — which is great because the parking situation is terrible outside. As busy as the store is, I always know he’s doing everything he can to move things along. Great work, Paul!

Great customer service from Mr Khan and Mr Paul. I went there to have an application notarized and the process was smooth and easy. Not only did I notarized my application but, they also went out of their way to help me purchase a money order for my application and ship all my documents right away. Awesome service!!

Fairly incompetent staff. I drop my package off at a UPS store to have it go out that day, not for them to sit on my package for an entire day. It's sad that this is where UPS is now. They used to be the most reliable. Now they're just useless and lazy. I should have sent it USPS.
