I had an excellent experience working with Sean! He was able to get me the financing that I needed to get my car. If you are looking for a car I would definitely recommend Universal Auto Group, especially if you are looking for an EV.

To save myself some time typing, please refer to Morgan E's review of August 11. I had virtually the same experience! Found Universal at AutoTrader, skeptical about all the 5star reviews, drove a bit over an hour to get to an industrial strip mall?? Boy was I glad I did. The folks at UAG are outstanding to work with. I'm a 65 yr old guy who has bought plenty of cars in my time. This was a buying experience unlike any other. From the ease of setting up an appointment on my schedule, to the fast and accurate documentation process (Jess is absolutely the Finance Queen!) I was in and driving out in my new car in under 2 hours, including the test drive. When you find down to earth, nice people in a usually pushy, cut throat business, they deserve to be recognized. Buy your next high end used vehicle from UAG, you WILL NOT be disappointed!

I purchased a Maserati Levante Modena from Universal Auto Group and my experience with this company has been unforgettable! The experience from start to finish was the EASIEST process I have ever experienced when purchasing a new vehicle. Liam was my first point of contact. Despite being the newbie of the team, he was professional, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. I later had my ultimate best encounter with Jessica who is without a doubt my favorite person (but you all are great)! Jessica fought hard on my behalf to get the best rates, payments, and coverage for my deal. She is AMAZING, to say the least. One of the owners (Sean), who exudes dynamic leadership extended VIP service to me upon arriving at Reagan Int'l Airport. UAG went over and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. The most important fact I failed to mention is that I live in North Carolina, and everything was handled over email and by speaking over the phone. I only flew in to personally drive the vehicle before making the purchase which gave me peace of mind. If you are looking for a 5-star dealership, LOOK NO FURTHER, UNIVERSAL AUTO GROUP IS HERE AND AT YOUR SERVICE! Tell them that I sent ya!!!

I highly recommend Universal Auto group for your next high end vehicle. My wife and I purchased a Mercedes recently and experienced top knock service. Everything and everyone exceeded expectations. I would like to personally salute Jessica Baum, the Buissness Manager, she handled our transaction from start to finish, making the process smooth and enjoyable.

Couldn't be more pleased with the UAG experience, even though I shopped entirely from the Detroit area.
The car assessment went well via FaceTime, and UAG even fixed a couple paint chips that we spotted during the session. The purchase, shipment. extended warranty (and paperwork!) was all handled with energy and efficiency.
I would do business with UAG again!

We saw a Tesla that my son was interested in listed and went to Universal to see it. The whole staff were wonderful. Jessica took time to explain the financing process to my son. In the end, we did not buy at this time but we will definitely come back when the time is right. A wonderful team.

I meant to post a review weeks ago. Sorry Universal! First off, to be honest, I was skeptical about Universal. Ratings were fantastic, Reviews were fantastic, but when I saw where they were located, It kind of worried me.... selling high end luxury cars out of a strip mall joint?? Where are all the cars? Where is the security? Once I got familiar with the staff and owners, I understood. I am a small business owner myself. I understand overhead. I understand the need to do away with the fancy advertising, the fancy dealerships. It's all about the relations, the quality of the presentation, the staff....SOO, now that is out of the way......MY CAR!!!!! 2022 Audi e tron GT with all the level trimmings....Pristine Condition....I Just gotta tell everyone, I've bought a lot of vehicles in my time. The way my transaction with Univeral went was by far the best I have ever had, even compared to those big dealerships.... they worked with me as I lived 2 hours away and on top of it, had issues with my bank but they still held the vehicle for me until I got everything resolved. I know in their line of work they need all the car spaces they can get for new cars coming and going all the time. At this point, a month after my purchase, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. (I drove my car 4 times since I bought it as my daughter got rear-ended and needed a car for work). I finally got it back and DAMN!! This Audi is Badass.... Kudos to everyone at Univeral Auto Group....Jessica, Chip, Oscar......and to everyone else and thank you so much for all you do. I will definitely be back! BUY A CAR FROM THEM! You won't regret it. Promise-

About 2 weeks ago I purchased a vehicle from Universal Auto Group. I could write a lengthy review but then people wouldn't read it . So I ll just say from my sales guy Chip to the Finance Queen Jessica to one of the owners Shawn. Everyone was very personable, attentive and not pushy. This dealership operates like a mom and pop business but with unlimited resources. If you are in the market for a car I strongly recommend you check universal auto group out first before you go anywhere else and tell them I sent you!!

I want to begin with a simple THANK YOU! I have purchased many cars and with each purchase I had to get ready for the song and dance that dealerships have you go through. I have NEVER had the most pleasant experience as I had with Universal Auto Group. The people from their first hello were amazing. I never felt pushed / rushed / scammed. Instead, I received helpful, knowledgeable, and respect along with patience (I can be annoying). I will not go to anyone else for my next purchase.

I am extremely grateful that I stumbled upon this dealer when I decided to purchase my new vehicle on a whim. When I first met Chip, I showed up unannounced, but he graciously took the time to show me several options and, ultimately, the vehicle of my dreams. Then, I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica, who is undoubtedly a finance goddess. She efficiently put the numbers in place and even took the time to assess my trade, making the entire process seamless. When I returned later in the week, everything went smoothly and swiftly. Thanks to Jessica, I was able to get into a Maserati with no complications; she was open and honest throughout the process.
It's rare to find a dealership that genuinely looks out for their clients, making you feel like a VVIP. This has been the best experience I've had in the many years I've been purchasing vehicles.
