My first time here and I had a 5 Stars buying experience from Chip and Jessica @Universal Auto Group. Went to see the car in the morning and drove home in my Mercedes in the afternoon. Got some bonus item that came with the car too. Highly recommend Universal Auto Group

I had an excellent experience working with Sean! He was able to get me the financing that I needed to get my car. If you are looking for a car I would definitely recommend Universal Auto Group, especially if you are looking for an EV.

We saw a Tesla that my son was interested in listed and went to Universal to see it. The whole staff were wonderful. Jessica took time to explain the financing process to my son. In the end, we did not buy at this time but we will definitely come back when the time is right. A wonderful team.
