Haven't been to this location in quiet some time. The atmosphere and staff was horrible. It was all new staff in there today. They were all pleasant, cheerful and helpful! Was a nice change! Hope they stick around!

BEWARE of shipping packages from this location. They FREQUENTLY lose/misplace packages. The "supervisor" is nothing but rude and makes up excuses for the ONGOING issue. I'm starting to wonder if someone at this location is stealing packages and it is my hope a Postal Inspector General conducts a investigation at this location as soon as possible.

I used to complain to Rep. Van Hollen's office when he was a congressman. Just a a word to the wise for the many complaints on this site. It is a federal entity after all. Box in front is closed off due to stolen mail. As for check/m.o.'s maybe you're better using electronic means or wire transfers through a bank.

To start off, this is THE most horrible and trash and rude and unprofessional post office I’ve ever had to deal with. The manager himself is very unprofessional. They sent back my package, and when I called he told me to hold, I waited for about 10 mins then he comes back on and acts as if he can’t hear me read out loud my tracking number. He says it’s been sent back and while I’m trying to see if they can cancel the return he keeps cutting me off. I call back with the sender on a three way and he the manager tells me the system is down.
They tell to call back in hour, from 10:20am, I call back at 11:45am, a woman answers and says it’s still down. So yes I get a male to call on my behalf, she asked him if his package is at thesame location if it’s for me, so I tell him to say no to see what she’ll do. So she goes ahead and ask what’s his tracking number and willing to help. But I thought the systems was down… HMMM. Disrespectful place. Either he gets fired or yall get closed. Made me miss out on a very important package

This location just locked up its 24-hr lobby as of 5/14/24, citing "safety concerns" ...for the hours when employees are not present. Glad I don't need access to a PO box. But since the single blue box outside is welded shut, this means you can't even mail a letter outside business hours, which is a basic function of a post office. Please at least unlock the box to mitigate this change, or otherwise provide a mail slot? I pine for the good old days of the 2nd Ave location, that had 3 drive-by boxes outside, plus parking.

DO NOT ENTER THIS BUILDING they lost my 800 dollar money order, I handed it directly to the post master to mail. Upon talking to some people in the surrounding area I found three others who's money orders had been "lost" hundreds of dollars altogether. I will be pursuing this further

The new US business model. Put the work on the customer and the post office is no exception. I have cash to pay and told I don't have change so you can't pay that way so you use a card or you go get change. The only reason I us this location and posy office in general is convince and the prices are slightly lower than other options for now but if they keep going upon pricing and not being able to function as a business I will keep looking for alternatives shipping methods

I had a great experience at the post office. Got there and there wasnt a line so i got in and got out. You can get your receipt emailed or printed out. There is a mailbox out front. I noticed a self service kiosk for pro mailers i assume and lockers or something i didnt get to check out on my visit. The price here for mailing is fair and fast 5⭐️

This is the 5th time and less then 3 months when it says that my package was delivered and wasn't. After reading these reviews, I see that I'm not the only one that this has happened to. Clearly this postal service office doesn't care!

i’ve been letting it slide for a year now but i am fed up. The people that work in this office are incompetent. from the delivery drivers to the manager. Every time i order something online i just hope and pray the seller doesn’t use usps because they STEAL 80% OF MY PACKAGES. Literally, it’s sick. From clothes to makeup to MY PRESCRIPTION GLASSES!!!!! and then when you call, they don’t answer the phone. How can y’all constantly mare packages as “delivered” but the packages never actually get delivered. it’s clearly in your possession if you can scan it so why not actually do your job and deliver it? thieves and i hope that everybody there gets investigated because this is ridiculous at this point.
