They never answers the phone makes it hard to pay bills since they have no electronic payment system...very poor customer service.

Does not timely send out policy, misspelling of name and incorrect policy term.As a result you have to go through processes which are time consuming with the same result.

I called them 2 days straight for over 11 times & they never answered the phone. They let it ring a few times & then hung the phone up so it wouldn’t go to the voicemail. Smh. Both days say that they close at 8 o’clock

I've been with this company for 25+ years! The Silver Spring office in MD is the worst in doing business! They place you on hold and never come back to your call. All I want to do is pay my insurance premium and it's a problem to answer the phone! Their line is constantly busy because they keep the customers on hold and never return! This office is the least professional!
