My experience with the World Trade Center was nothing short of a bewildering disaster. Arriving for what I anticipated to be a promising job interview, I was met with a scene straight out of a post-apocalyptic nightmare. Instead of the towering structures I had expected, there lay before me nothing but a gaping chasm in the earth, adorned with wilted flowers—a stark reminder of the tragedy that had befallen this once-iconic landmark. The shock and disbelief I felt upon seeing the empty space where the World Trade Center once stood cannot be overstated. It was as if the very ground beneath my feet had crumbled away, leaving behind nothing but a void of shattered hopes and shattered dreams. The sheer disregard for the time and effort of potential applicants was palpable. To schedule interviews at a location that no longer exists, without so much as a courtesy notification, speaks volumes about the level of incompetence and disrespect that must permeate the organization. In conclusion, my encounter with the World Trade Center left me feeling disillusioned and utterly disappointed. If this is how they treat prospective employees, I shudder to think of the chaos that must reign within their ranks. Save yourself the frustration and avoid any dealings with this organization at all costs.

this has to be single-handedly the worst place I have stayed at. roaches, plumbing, and flooding, laundry room and machines are a MESS. The staff are all not helpful whatsoever at any point. Do not make the same mistake I did - I am BEGGING you.

I have been living here in Twin Towers for the past two years! The staff is friendly; big shoutout to Amy and Alberto. Those two individuals keep this place going. There is 24 hour concierge service with a marketplace on site. I just re-signed my lease here for another 2 years and I am looking forward to finishing my education living here. Also, Herman the concierge is a GEM!

I have lived here for a year and loved almost every moment of it.- maintenance is extremely fast (one or two days after request)- friendly management and staff- lots of washers and dryers- apartments are clean with no bugs- easy packaging system- parking is solid (private parking) and the price is fair- frequent pest and rodent control periodically- they celebrate random holidays and give away food or random new items to residents (light bulbs, snacks, etc.)Overall, I do love Twin Towers and I would recommend living here if it fits your apartment needs.

The staff here at Twin Towers is incredibly phenomenal. From the time I applied until moment I moved in, they gave me such a pleasant experience. The manager Amy, the assistant manager Alberto, the leasing agent Anthony, concierge Maria, and maintenance Alex and Caesar were not only informative and helpful but very welcoming. I love my apartment and all the fixtures. I am so elated to call the Twin Towers my new home!

Money over Everything!!!I stayed here for more than 2 years and below is my experience.1. Their cheap quality bathtub gets flaky after couple month of uses. When you report this they ask you to go on at least 1 year lease and then they will take care of it.2. They have list of items listed in garbage area which you can not dump, if you do knowingly or unknowingly, they will reach out to you after a week making sire you are not around and then they will call you and read the menu of fine.3. They have obly 2 Elevators for one building catering almost 200 apartments, and one of it always reserve for something. So all you have is 1 elevator for 200 apartment.

Very unprofessional staff. The office manager Amy Gross and her administration are deficient, dreadful and cannot be trusted. Often time, violating the federal housing law and impose unacceptable demands on resident. Almost all the time light goes off, no AC, water stop running and the area smells like smoking. If you value your reputation , and mental health please do not associate with Twin Towers, under any circumstances for as long these current manager and administration are still here. Thank me later!

WHERE IS THE A/C??? The heat was turned off April 22 and there is still no A/C. When you tour this property, they will say it takes a week to change the system over. Do not believe them. They are saving $$$ by avoiding turning the A/C on. If they really wanted their residents comfortable, they would have people working around the clock to complete the needed work, but instead they're taking their time and saving money. Beware.

Incredibly, the air conditioning is off yet again after being off for the two hottest days of the year. This time they didn't even have the courtesy to email the residents with a heads up and an explanation. Do you think we don't notice when you randomly turn it off and try to be sneaky about it? We do. What are you doing to compensate the residents for this?

No one should live with black mold, roaches and leaks in their apartment. Their so called 'pest control' does not work because the management refuses to address the problem at the source: in the trash area. Please do better because we cannot pay thousands every months while dealing with recurrent roaches infestations. Thank yoU
