They completely ruined my toe nails. I would not recommend going to this spa. I had a very bad experience and horrible customer service.

I love Holly she is the owner she does great work she is professional and very kind. The place is clean and welcoming. The music is relaxing they make you feel welcome.

RUINED MY EYEBROWS. Extremely rude. Refused to greet me. Refused to listen. Literally took half of my eyebrow off after I specifically told her what little piece to remove. Idk what's up with people refusing to listen.

Online hours to 8:PM I stop by 7:30 PM the lady so rude said with closed, I said you need to change your hours of operation and second turn off your sign. Very unfriendly lady.

Went for refill but the lady argued me to the nail that I should do what she suggested and I was embarrassed and agreed, my price went up from $45 for refill to $60 for no dip no fake nails ? mind you I still tipped her. Left the shop and 30 min later my thump nail color lifted off . Don’t not spend a dime in this place. What a shame for a beautiful place with such a bad job!!

Had me wait 22 minutes just to tell me they can’t fix my one nail. Could’ve told me that when I entered and told them it’s just one nail instead of having me sit and wait, but wasted my time first before they said no. First, they told me they can’t match my color (even tho it was white ?) Then, they told me it’ll be a long wait. Told them I knew it won’t be exact and that I’m willing to wait but finally, after 20 minutes, they literally told me I need to leave and go elsewhere. Genuinely believe it’s bc they didn’t want to spend time on one nail and gave me every excuse before finally telling me to leave. Had zero issue with making me wait that long knowing they don’t want to serve me. HORRIBLE customer service. Would’ve been fine if they said no in the beginning, but having me wait just to deny service is so disrespectful to my time.

This made me upset spent $60 for this , the color turned yellow after he applied the shine gel and the shape was awful , I asked for square and that’s not square. Don’t waste time or money here . The color was supposed to be a winter baby blue and it’s yellow

I just went in for a full set, spa pedi, and eyebrows for my trip tomorrow. I will be going on vacation with 1 eyebrow. I asked her several times to just clean. She did what she wanted to MY face. I really want to post a picture of my sloppy nails. $95 down the drain.

I had a nail emergency, as I was 5 weeks out from a dip powder no cracks or chips mind you, just grown out. My usual lady didn't have room. I went in and a man took me immediately. It's been about 1.5 weeks since I saw him and I've already had TWO broken nails, and others cracked. Never mind that my stilettos weren't sharp, the powder application wasnt smooth, and he clipped my cuticle to blood. Never cheating on my nail lady again! These are my natural nail under the color and now I have to grow them again.Update: this set is under 2 weeks old still. Im up to 3 completely broken nails and 2 others cracked. I will NEVER return, they ruined my nails.

Very unprofessional. Took my daughter and me to get our nails done. They charged me $30 for a child’s nail and foot polish. For me, $50 for a simple nail full set. I tried giving this business a couple chances and they have disappointed. Please take your business somewhere else. Not worth it !Services: Nail polish changes
