I am sharing a terrible experience that Tristar Realty contributed to as well as Realtor Alfredo Hererra. We put our house on the market in early July in hopes to have it under contract to meet our settlement dealing of August 23 (this is the day we were settling on our new home). Mr. Hererra and his clients had a showing on Tuesday, July 18th and put in an offer that evening. After some negotiation, the offer was accepted. I would like to share the inconsistencies and rudeness that we encountered during this stressful time.First of all, he was not very consistent with his communication. His job was to represent his clients and throughout most of the process, he did not share much of anything with our realtor regarding the issues that would arise. Secondly, after settlement was pushed back twice they finally did their final walk through and he had made comments about the dust on the floor amongst a few other things. Between the movers loading the U-Haul and other things, there was some dust that could have been easily cleaned up. Instead of him approaching our realtor respectfully, he said "It is dirty and you need to clean it". My husband and I are professionals. After all of the issues that occurred with his clients during our settlement process we were most understanding even though it was an extremely stressful time. We were not compensated a single thing for any of it, including lies and fabrications that were told to us. On top of that, we even gave our buyers closing costs in the sale. Overall, I am disappointed that we had this experience with our first home-a house we loved and put a lot of work into. I find it hard to be compassionate for someone who absolutely did not care about us whatsoever. We are grateful for our realtor and her wonderful team for speaking up for us, but, it does not change the fact that after all of the issues, Mr. Hererra and his buyers still felt like they could make demands. My husband and I paid for them to have the house professionally cleaned, again, despite not being there and regular dust collecting over time. We also paid for another week of landscaping to welcome the buyers into this home we loved. All that said, I just hope this was a learning experience for all parties involved and truly pray this does not happen to another family.

Miss Michelle was a phenomenal instructor and overall wonderful human being. The class was intense but give you the tools you need to pass. Highly recommend this class over a silly online course, I'm seriously

My husband and I were so lucky to find Carlos to represent us in finding our new home. I was blown away by Carlos' knowledge and expertise. He was thoughtful, relatable, patient, and really listened to our objectives along the way. When it came to negotiations, He made great recommendations and knew how to be firm and professional. We would highly recommend Carlos to any prospective buyer or seller. Thank you Carlos!

Never use them. Very shady real estate company and their customer service is HORRIBLE. They ended up costing me thousands and I ended up in court.

I am registering a formal complaint against TriStar for real estate fraud and am suing them for lack of performance on their contract with me. I purchased a home using this terrible company and we had a written agreement stating that they were going to pay me $1,000 at closing. They later denied it. Outright lie. Lying about anything and everything seems to be the new normal these days. However I am pursuing legal action against them and formal complaints about them. I'm addition, the agent, Denisse Rodriguez, is inexperienced and has poor judgement. She has shockingly little knowledge of the real estate process. She is self-serving acting almost entirely outside of the client's best interests. Seems like a nice person but has no idea of how the process works. So, if you want to go through a horrible home buying experience and loose your money through incompetence and false claims, then Denisse is your gal and TriStar is you company!

Sybil Buckwalter was awesome! Very hardworking and had to overcome a lot of obstacles. She perservered through lender, title, and negotiation issues, but jumped over them all and brought us home!
