very friendly people. I was about to get a 70 dollar unlimited plan for my family and I from Verizon. Then my friend Amin helped save money and I went with the 60 dollar 4 person unlimited plan. Plus they actually let me lower the price for accessories.

I wanted to buy a TracFone sim card for an unlocked phone, the first response was that it wouldn't work. When I told him I had a TracFone sim on my current unlocked phone he told me I was wrong. When I showed him the phone and he took it and confirmed that I was right, there was no apology. He said he would look for a sim, then came back and said he didn't have a nano sim. Last time I bought one all three sizes were in the same kit, and when I went to Best Buy immediately after this encounter that is what they sold me.

A good place to get prepaid brands, however the sim card didn't work in the phone the next day and I had to go to Walgreens to get a new sim card, with some transferring of info to the new one I was up and running thanks to Total's tech support. The tech at the store was patient. Plus they have other prepaid brands if this doesn't work out.

Just a heads up - Total Wireless DOES NOT support government employees during the shutdown - I was put on hold almost 20 minutes (this is after the first call disconnected) and told there is nothing they can do.
