The worst place and the worst administration in the world. Never live here, always the elevators are broken, always the fire alarm is active, steal your packages and don't have cameras, in this place broke the windows of your cars and always steal. Never move in!! To add, they steal the deposit, they never have a solution to any problem, the administration is the worst, don't move! I forgot, they always tow the cars because there is never any parking and because the company doesn't check if there is a sticker or not, they don't care and they always tow it!! They towed me 3 times

My mother asked me to write this review for her, she isn't a native English speaker, but she wanted her message to be articulated effectively; My mother had the pleasure of working with Ms.JoJo today, and she expressed such satisfaction with their interaction. She said that Ms.JoJos attention to detail always makes her feel reassured that her concerns are in the right hands to be taken care of. She said that Ms.JoJo is always kind and compassionate, which anyone can appreciate in a difficult circumstance. Ms.Jojo never hesitates to provide any resource that she can to be helpful. These reasons are why it has been an ongoing pleasure to work with her. She says the Warwick couldn't function the same without her! Thanks Ms.JoJo!! ♥️♥️♥️

I will say that Jasmine Waters in the rental office is about her job! The is through and polite and helped me get my nephew moved in. She would be an asset to any rental office staff. These stars are for Jasmine herself.

Dangerous, Filthy and highly unprofessional management.
Yesterday day the building said that they had to do an electrical repair.
It's now almost 2am the next day and the hallways and stairs are pitch black which is one of the many frightening safety issues . We have had no water, no elevator service in a 20+ story building , and the last communication from the staff was 7pm yesterday and that was the exact same notice they sent at 2pm.
The homeless sleep in stairs and halls, their is no front desk or security patrol anymore, false fire alarms go off at all times, and the office rarely opens during its posted times.
Maintenance is hot or miss and all of the ladies in the office are the rudest and disorganized seat fillers that I've ever seen.
*Only gave 1 star because Google made me*

absolutely disgusting, there is trash everywhere. There is limited workers that clean the apartment so it’s dirty especially on the weekends. The workers in the office are rude and never helpful. The elevator doesn’t work at least 2 days in a week. You’re always having troubling just getting to your apartment. If you want a life of anger and disappointment rent here.

I went to check the apartments for availabilities and as soon I got there I noticed the main entrance doors damaged like someone tried to break in, elevators wasn’t working, was super dirty and 3 police cars on the parking lot (so I already knew). Prices may catch your attention but you can live way better for $200/$300 more.

The staff has improved but this is still a very disgusting building to live in . There is a serious mice and roach infestation issue no matter how many times they send pest control out. The elevators are almost always broken. There’s always some inconvenience of water pressure fire etc. I would not recommend this building to anyway who wants to live a quality living. It is not worth the money you will be paying .

They can’t be bothered to answer their phone. I called 3 times about trying to move in with zero responses or callbacks

I wanted to apply but the website has a possible glitch in the system where the lease term states as "one month" instead of 12 months, 15 months, or whatever. I called the leasing office but no one answered. I will not be proceeding with the application anymore. Maybe this is a sign that this community is not for me. I do remember the building was owned by SMC up until a few months ago. It is owned by the Donaldson Group now. I don't know if that's why their site is un-navigatable.

I put this comment on The Warwick website & of course the deleted it. The comment I give them was from 5years ago, but everything change. I lived at The Warwick for 6 years. The only reason they're getting 1 star, is for the 1st two yrs I lived there. The 1st two years was good. But once they change management companies, the building went down. Within the 6 yrs I lived there, they have been under 5 different management groups. When I put in a maintenance request, they would never come. The only maintenance guy that was very helpful was Tony. The place is roach & mice infested, so if you move in there, get a cat. When I transfer from one apartment to another, the apartment was not ready(after being told it was ready by the office). One of the apts was so infested with roaches, they had to spray my apt for 3 months(I mean in every room & on every piece furniture) By the time I moved out in 2022 they were under The Donaldson Group(which the are still under) & most of the workers don't know what they are doing. After I moved out, they called me 11 days later & asked me if I was renewing my Lease. It took 9 months for me to get what was left of my Security Deposit back. They were still charging me rent after I moved out. They never answer my emails & if they did, they never follow thur. I had to keep emailing, calling & going over there to speak to someone. I had to do the math for them & had to show them how much I get back in Security Deposit. If I wasn't persistent & kept going to there office, I would not have gotten any of my Security Deposit back. They don't have a concierge anymore, which is needed. The trash was always piled up(even in front of the trash room). The freight elevator is always broken. The people that are moving in have to use the regular elevator & or course the furniture doesn't fit. They don't have cameras(the building isn't safe). Some of the tenants steal your packages & if there dog poop or peep in the hallways, they don't clean it up(the tenants have to do there part also). When we as tenants pay our rent, we expect the building we live in to be nice, clean, safe & well taking care of & this isn't the case with The Warwick!!! If anyone is thinking about moving into The Warwick Apts. I feel they should ask the tenants what do they think of the building & not just the Leasing Office.
