It started off okay here but then I started haven’t way to many problems, and they are all being dismissed. For one the garage gate has been broken half the time I’ve lived here. Accidents happen in the garage because it’s narrow and not enough mirror to help passing corners. The package room is a mess. Don’t ask for the cart because it’s only one and being used majority of the time. And I’ve had no hot water for a week. Keep putting in a request they say it’s fixed when it’s not. Oh and you can hear water draining in some of the units. I got nervous and thought a leak was starting but it’s just the bldg. Lastly, there was a person roaming the halls at 3am trying to get into peoples apartments. Don’t move here unless you absolutely have to.

Discovering The Veridian as a prospective tenant.I recently had the privilege of providing cleaning services a current tenant at The Veridian, and I couldn't help but be impressed by what I discovered.From the moment I stepped into the complex, it was clear that this was more than just another apartment building.Firstly, the cleanliness and maintenance of the common areas were impeccable. It's evident that the management takes great pride in ensuring that the shared spaces are well-kept and inviting. From the lobby to the hallways, everything is spotless and beautifully maintained.As I interacted with the current tenant, I got a glimpse of the sense of community that thrives here. They spoke highly of the friendly neighbors and the various community events organized by the management, which makes you feel like you're part of a big, welcoming family.Now, let's talk about the apartment itself. The unit I had the opportunity to clean was not only spacious but also well-designed. The modern appliances and fixtures were in excellent condition, and the overall layout was functional and comfortable.In conclusion, my experience with The Veridian has left me thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness, sense of community, well-designed apartments, and outstanding management team make it a standout choice for anyone seeking a new place to call home. I can't wait to become a tenant and experience all that this wonderful complex has to offer!

My move-in experience was excellent! Aneisha was incredibly helpful and responsive while I was making a cross country move and not local.Once moved in, I've had zero issues. The apartment is so quiet, great location, and neighbors are friendly. There is a community app that allows people connect and I've seen some safety issues come across but haven't experienced anything personally.

I work in the studios attached to The Veridian... lovely building..But HORRIBLE ? rat problems in the trash room/ garage. And it's been 3 years without seeing any action about this. Ask anyone who lives or works here. I have friends who live in the building, and they say the management company doesn't seem to address it. I certainly see FAMILIES of rats in there. Scary.

I'm getting ready to move out of the Veridian and had the most unfortunate set of interactions with the new community manager, DJ Gassaway.The first issue was his violating my privacy in an email exchange and when I alerted him to the issue, offered him alternative language he could have used, he doubled down, got defensive and then evaded accountability. Terrible.The second issue was that he provided incorrect information about building processes and when I worked with his more seasoned and well regarded colleague, Nikki Cyntje, I got accurate information and a swift resolution.Having been with the building since March of 2019, I can tell you that the community manager role has gone downhill since James who was the person who facilitated my move in a little over 4 years ago.I'm going to miss this building a lot and hopefully they hire a community manager who provides accurate, timely information and has an inclusive and conscientious approach to handling resident matters.

My fiancé, son, and I are new to the renters process as well as the Veridian. They have been very helpful and understanding in helping us apply and move into our first new home. Aneisha has been wonderful and responsive when answering our questions and helping us with the next steps. We hope to be here for some time as we build our family.

I have been living at The Veridian for 4 years and my experience for the most part has been amazing due to Nikki the newly appointed Assistant Property Manager. She was delightful every step of the way from the initial visit to sending emails just to check up on us. The new Property Manager DJ hit the ground running. He is very responsive to emails and has been a pleasure as well. My interactions with the facilities team is just as good; most service requests are answered within 24-72 hours. This place is in a great location with a team that cares ☺️

I love this property for so many reasons- location, room quality, amenities, price, the list goes on. But what’s also important to me is being welcomed and feeling a sense of community and Janice the leasing consultant gave me exactly that, she was the cherry on top of the sundae! So nice and so professional. I can’t wait to move here! Also the self guided tours they give you are amazing- gives you the space you need to really feel like you can live there.

I had the pleasure of working with Janice Willoughby as my leasing consultant, and I cannot speak highly enough of her exceptional service. From the moment I began my search for a new home, Janice went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience. Janice made the entire process effortless, answering all my questions promptly and guiding me through every step. I am incredibly grateful for her outstanding assistance.A pressing concern, however, is the malfunctioning garage gate and inadequate number of security cameras in the parking garage. I was not aware of this before moving in. Given the frequent reports of car break-ins on the residential portal, I hope this issue is addressed and rectified promptly.

I have lived here for a month and am extremely impressed with the help I had during the application process. The business office has been great with having anything needing fixing getting addressed quickly. As a dog owner, thought I couldnt live somewhere with an elevator but it is so swift it's not an issue. I am impressed at the rooftop, pool and BBQ areas, really special. For me train noise is the only minor issue.

The Veridian is a special place. You won’t find better value (spacious, great appliances, solid amenities) within a 20 - mile radius and you won’t find a better roof top view period.If you need a comfortable, reliable, and we’ll kept place to live look no further and ask for Janice!

Run, don’t walk far away from here. The real reviews are in our equity residential app. Since covid, the quality in this apartment complex has gone down significantly each year. There are better apartments for this price.Property management does the bare minimum and never wants to take accountability. Everything from rude concierge, homeless people in the hallways and stairwells, people smoking weed around the building, broken gym equipment, broken gates and locks, stolen packages, car break ins, and so much more.

Darlene is the best! She really cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to give exceptional customer service. She always provides support and help to all of the residents. She is very valuable to your company and the residents at the Veridian.

Overall, the building is OK for the area. Neighborhood is good, and price is decent. Unfortunately management does the bare minimum to take care of residents. Lots of noise/smoke issues and they don’t take complaints seriously. People smoke cigarettes in stairwells and marijuana smoke is pervasive everywhere.Also, do NOT live on the 14th floor. The gym is on the floor above and it is extremely noisy and disruptive with folks dropping weights. Management has refused to install better flooring, or even signage requesting folks to keep noise to a minimum. It’s a shameI would not recommend Equity as a management company. Look elsewhere.

The maintenance team is great! Very responsive and good when it comes to repairs. Whenever possible they complete the job in 1 visit. Over all the entire management team to include the concierge is very reliable and I would highly recommend living here!
