I want to apologize for making a complaint about a maintenance request for several issues that I thought could have been resolved better. I was not fair in my review and hope that review did not show a negative reflection of the great services i received. I feel if I can make a complaint I should be able to give credit where credit is due. I will say the refrigerator’s age is the problem not the maintenance services. Our new maintenance technician Mr. Hubert unfairly misjudged. (I am concerned about the amount of food that was lost though) put aside of it all Mr. Hubert corrected and now the tub drains, the refrigerator is not freezing, the air vents were cleaned, the blinds go up and down. Thank you again for sending a competent professional technician. He even left a note saying “Best Regards, Hubert” very professional.

I walked in without an appointment to learn about the complex. Despite this, Sadawnye fit me into her schedule and was very helpful with informing me about the complex. She was very courteous, personable, and knowledgeable.

From start to finish Danielle made everything super easy and stress free. She is an absolute blessing. Her attentiveness and dedication made the entire process a breeze. I am always surprised about SADAWNY whenever I need help or assistance she is always available and she does everything to satisfy my concerns. I am not the only one who mentioned the good work she is doing to make all the residents to be happy

The dining room is very small. The carpet is in very poor condition and of low quality. There are cockroaches all over the building. There is always a noise disturbance and footsteps from upstairs.

A nice location to live. I would say it could be much better but they are doing upgrades when they can. For the most part it’s an ok place to live but some residents keep some areas extremely dirty (trash chute). This makes pest a problem. Rent is ok but would love it to be more affordable .
