When I say the best all around experience...I mean THE BEST! I've been seeing Ana, the salon owner for years, but recently, I decided to try a lace wig. Skye, the wig stylist, was beyond amazing!!! No one could possibly tell I was wearing a wig... the lace was beyond melted! I zoomed in with my camera... no lace! Please don't let me leave out the most amazing wash service ever! I felt as though I were at the spa! If you're looking for perfection...The Edge. Also, I walked in and was taken back immediately. Also, I was offered drinks and snacks at no charge. Also, everyone is professional and nice... customer service impeccable!

This place is professional from the time you set foot in the door. I told Miss Ana what my needs were, and she evoked her expertise immediately. My hair is fragile, but the trim that she gave me made it look healthy. The treatment with steam, wash, and condition was so therapeutic. They are so kind and attentive, offering drinks and snacks multiple times. They all seem to work so well together.

My daughter had an awesome "1st time" in salon experience with Ms. Skye. She needed her hair done a particular way for her Cheer & Dance competition and Ms. Skye delivered!! The salon is top notch and the stylist are very warm and welcoming. Thank you Skye @ The Edge Hair Studio for enhancing my baby girl's beauty. May your gifted hands continue to be a blessing!!

I love this salon. They are so professional, considerate, and creative. I started coming in 2015 but had not been consistent due to moves and distance. I booked a service for a family member who's hair had been significantly damaged and they got it bouncing and behaving! Thank youMy old review went something like this: You feel like you are in a high end hotel salon. They are very customer service oriented. Its like going to Nordstrom! They really want to make it a great experience.

Heed my advice if you want to keep the hair. This salon lies about how often you need various treatments and services they offer to scam you. out of your hard-earned money. Every service I've gotten here, they have told me that I needed to come back every month or every six weeks only for me to find out from an honest, well-run salon that puts their customers first and the health of their customers' hair first informed me that the things that this salon told were untrue. They told me that this salon "just wanted my money and that if I did as they suggested, I would lose hair, over process my hair, etc, etc, etc."I mean, I went to Edge to get a product that I bought after receiving a service, and they tried to give me a different product. I told them that it wasn't the same product, and they told me the company changed its branding. Not knowing much about the product, bought it. However, something just didn't feel right; what they told me didn't sit well with me. Thus, I went online and looked for the product they previously sold me and discovered that the branding had not changed. I contacted the salon and informed them of this, and the owner of the salon told me, "Oh. I didn't see what product they used in your hair so I gave you another product." Nooooooo. You told me that the product changed its branding. They gave me my money back. However, I can't help but feel robbed by this place. I compare prices that provide the same services, and the prices are lower and these are upscale salons. You reap what you sow and karma is real. And I think the salon is starting to realize that with their A/C going out, their loss of business (I noticed this when I went previously), their website doesn't work properly so I'm assuming they can't afford to update it, etc. I wonder why all of this is happening to them. I'm wondering why the original owner's daughter had to take over the salon even though her mother still works there.Heed my advice!!! These people lie and don't care about your hair. Yes - every business is out to make money, but if your business wants to continue making money, you need to put your customer first and the health of their hair so you can have returnees unless you plan on just depending on the randomness of the of people who show up unaware to your schemes. How long will that last?

My salon lost someone and was scrambling to reorganize and thus I couldn't secure an appointment just yet with them. Had a phone call with AnnaMarie during which, we discussed, at length my hair & past all hair falling out dye horror stories. She set me up with an initial appointment with Gizell ,1 of the 2 colorists. Good 1st treatment with Gizell. & just as AnnaMarie had suggested over the phone, told me to bring in the hair color I normally use until I wanted to transition to their products. Was handed off to a young stylist named Skye for the braid-down. The whole time Skye was literally on her phone trying to secure some event or concert tickets. The braid down wasn't 'good', but I just let it go, as it served its purpose. 2nd appointment was thrown off by the young teenage receptionist at the front desk, who told me the wrong time. Of course, that meant I showed up 30 minutes late. Was handed off to Skye for everything, Skye had the elderly lady who helps everyone out, do the treatment &wash. Five minutes later, Skye walks back & tells the older lady, 'Nah, she don't need all that', meaning not to give me any treatment. Somehow, again, I let it go as there was a time mix up. So I went straight to wash. &Skye again walks back to where we are &tells the elderly lady, "You don't have to wash it good, just do it 1 time". Skye didn't have any other clients so the rush & lazy service wasn't making sense. I asked her something about maintaining the braids longer and she snapped & left with dirty jacked up braids. Set up 3rd appointment b/c my salon still wasn't ready & I needed to get my hair colored. Figured since it was color, I wouldn't be with Skye, plus I specifically asked not to be put with Skye for the next one. Days prior to the 3rd appointment, called &verified with AnnaMarie that I'd be fine bringing in my own hair color. I was reassured for the 3rd time, that clients do it all the time &that it would be fine. Seated & Gizell is across from me doing another client's hair. I explained that I have the hair dye as we talked about. AnnaMarie had caught amnesia & she was hot for some reason. Just straight hostility from everyone, AnnaMarie, Gizell, Skye, everyone. I felt like I had done something wrong, I said to AnnaMarie, I don't understand, I had multiple conversations with you &Gizell about this. No one would say anything to me, AnnaMarie came back with a waiver to sign &told Skye to dye my hair. Skye mumbled she didn't have experience coloring but that her Auntie said she could do it, so... It was non-stop smart a** comments from Gizell &Skye. I tried to ask Skye a question, as she wasn't a colorist. She shot a nasty remark back, saying "Don't worry about that, you brought it in didn't you?" I asked her why she was even talking to me and disrespecting me like that. She kept running her mouth like she wanted to get gully, I asked if somenone else could do it. I'm just not into sacrificing my hair for anyone anymore. Long story short, the elderly lady washes my hair, as Gizell tells her to spray water all over me, then the elderly lady brings me tea that she probably did something to, because she kept laughing &making references to the"boiling" tea, but that could be due to me hearing Gizell telling her to throw the absolutely boiling tea on me too. AnnaMarie applies the dye &makes sure to continuously scratch my head with the jagged cut nozzle, making the dye burn, She only applied it to half my hair &walked off. She later notices dye rolling down my face, hands me a single tissue &tells me to wipe my dye, leaves me sitting for over an hour, the elderly lady washes it out. I take a look in the mirror, the elderly lady visibly gets mad &says "I saw you looking in the mirror". I'm in crazytown, the elderly lady is twisting &pulling my hair so hard to try and rip it out, she broke a nai
